Wow, I'll get US$14.6,000,000.00!!!!

Okay, since I get those e-mails almost every day I thought I'll share them with you! Here is what I got today:

URGENT REQUEST.

NILL Bank of Nigeria.

Mr. James Onyeze.

Attn: Sir/Madam.

I do hope my letter will not embarrass you since there was no previous Correspondence

held with you. My getting your address is the handwork of the almighty God.Since

then, I have been very much hopeful that you will assist me irrespectiveof

the fact that the present world is full of dishonesty and distrust.

My Name is Mr. James Onyeze.. I am the Bank Manager of NILL Bank of Nigeria,

Lagos Branch. I have an urgent and very confidential business proposition

for you.On December 8, 1999, an American Oil consultant/contractor with

the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Mrs. Ann Parker. made a numbered

time (Fixed) Deposit for twelve calendar months, valued at US$14.6,000,000.00(Fourteen

Million, Six Hundred thousand Dollars) in my branch. Upon maturity, I sent

a routine notification to her forwarding address but got no reply.

After a month, we sent a reminder and finally we discovered from her contract

employers, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation that Mrs. Ann Parker.died

from a ghastly automobile accident. On further investigation, I found out

that she died without making a WILL, and all attempts to trace his next

of kin was fruitless.I therefore made further investigation and discovered

that Mrs. Ann Parker. did not declare any next of kin or relations in all

her official documents, including her Bank Deposit paperwork in my Bank.

This sum of US$14.6,000,000.00 is still sitting in my Bank and the interest

is being rolled over with the principal sum at the end of each year. No

one will ever come forward to claim it. According to Nigerian Law, at the

expiration of 5 (five) years, the money will revert to the ownership of

the Nigerian Government if nobody applies to claim t his fund. Consequently,

my proposal is that I will like you as a foreigner to stand in as the next

of kin to Mrs. Ann Parker. so that the fruits of this woman's labuor will

not get into the hands of some corrupt government officials. This is simple,I

will like you to provide immediately your full names and address, your Telephone

and fax number so that the Attorney will prepare the necessary documents

and affidavits which will put you in place as the next of kin.We shall employ

the services of two Attorneys for drafting and notarization of the WILL

and to obtain the necessary documents and letter of probate/ administration

in your favour for the transfer. We would need you as a Foreigner acting

as the next of kin and sole benefactor to the inheritance of Mrs.Ann Parker.

to travel and claim this money in a SECURITY COMPANY based in Europe which

is used by my bank as an offshore payment center to the bank.The money will

be paid to you or us to share in the ratio of 60% for me and 30% for you

then 10% for any expensee that may come up. There is no risk at all as all

the paperwork for this transaction will be done by the Attorney and my position

as the Branch Manager guarantees the successful execution of this transaction.

But the question is: Who cares about any laws?!? For sure not those megabloky guys creating this spam stuff....

But I'm lucky that my main email adress doesn't get many spam mails, aproximate one per day. The email provider deals with most of them, so I have one per week in my inbox.

But I had also an adress that got 50 spam mails per day, I had to cancel this adress... |-/

I think it's very interesting in how many different versions those emails come. They all differ from each other, I never got the same text twice. It doesn't even seem to be some program that creates the mails by mixing some text parts together, all texts are written completely indivual...

I dont have spam on hotmail anymore. Well those mails are pretty funny. the worst thing is that years ago the first spammer was flooded my thousands of replys and it sunk its mailbox. Since then we thought nobody would do that anymore. We were wrong :-D But I wander if the spam works because if they keep sending it it has to be because it works in some way

Hey! Me too, except mine is $18.5 million (in your face ApophisV!) and its from the Ivory Coast.

Sure seems to be a lot of "ghastly car accidents" in Africa. You know, if I was a petroleum magnate in Africa, I'd sure not be getting into any cars. Do all my travelling on zebras and ostriches.
