AmperZand Posted March 13, 2014 Posted March 13, 2014 I'll probably get beaten up by the mods for posting pics that include verboten parts, but I've been wanting to create a custom Drizzt without heavy modding for years and this seems like the best way: http://www.enworld.o...1&d=1394678772 and http://www.enworld.o...=1&d=1394678774 Sorry about the rubbish photography. Hope you like the minifigs. Quote
Alfadas Posted March 13, 2014 Posted March 13, 2014 You need to log in to see them. Could you just post the pics here? Quote
AmperZand Posted March 13, 2014 Author Posted March 13, 2014 (edited) Sorry, Alfadas. Didn't realise that would happen. I've just tried posting the pics directly into this thread, but the board doesn't have that functionality. If you can see the URLs below, you can copy and paste them into your browser. Sorry for the hassle. Amps Edited March 13, 2014 by AmperZand Quote
Clone OPatra Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 Those links also require one to be logged in. You should be able to right click the picture to get the actual picture code, and then paste it in here. Quote
Deathleech Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 Or you can save the pictures to one of the many other photo hosting sites where you can post your pictures without requiring people log in to see them. Quote
AmperZand Posted March 14, 2014 Author Posted March 14, 2014 Clone O'Patra, Sorry about the further problem with the links. Please believe that it's driving me nuts. I tried right clicking on the pictures and posting them directly, but no dice. Why is it so hard to upload pictures to a post on the EB forums? It's easy elsewhere such as the RPG site EN World. Deathleech, I'm trying Brickshelf now, but it will take a while before they're publicly viewable if they get accepted at all. I'm not sure what level of impurity is acceptable to the Brickshelf censors. Thanks for your patience, Amps Quote

Thanks for your patience, Amps All you have to do is save the pictures to your hard drive and upload them to a site like http://www.imgur.com. The reason your links aren't working is that only people with accounts can view images hosted on that website. Nothing to do with Eurobricks. Quote
AmperZand Posted March 16, 2014 Author Posted March 16, 2014 All you have to do is save the pictures to your hard drive and upload them to a site like http://www.imgur.com. The reason your links aren't working is that only people with accounts can view images hosted on that website. Nothing to do with Eurobricks. Nothing to do with EB that the links I provided above don't work. I get that. It's a protection that EN World has in place to stop people from using it as a picture sharing site. But the difficulty I have had posting pics has everything to do with EB. Other sites, such as EN World, don't piggy-back on third party sites such as imgur, flick and brickshelf to host their pictures. They host pictures themselves with each account holder having a certain amount of storage space. Speaking of brickshelf, they have finally come through so you should be able to see the pics: Quote
