A few months ago, I've made this MOC. The Rock Raiders can use this vehicle to transport energy crystals and mining equipment to locations what's not reachable for ground vehicles.

It's based on the original Rock Raiders 4980 Tunnel Transport. But it's not a replacement for the original one, but a extra air unit with more functionality;)

Landing pads adapts to the surface

Very nice! Simple design with a little bit of technique involved, and nice extra features.

Love it. Rock Raiders was one of those themes I wish we'd still had.

Nice! Makes we want to go dig up my old Tunnel Transport to compare! :)

An update for the Rock Raiders Tunnel Transport 2.0

Why I've made some updates of this MOC:

A few month's ago, via the Classic Space forum, I've been contacted by a developer of the original Rock Raiders game. He asked me to share my Rock Raiders MOCs for Rock Raiders II The Block Raiders, a new game they working on. Maybe they can use the MOCs in the game. He has blogged my Rock Raiders layouts at the Facebook page of the new game.

I've shared this moc with the developers and I've been asked to make more detail photo's of the moc.
