DraikNova Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 Torts? TORTS? We're getting pastry-themed Mixels! Yay ! Some of the other names are similarly hilarious. Wizwuz, Footi and Hoogi are some prime examples of LEGO names making no sense. Quote

DraikNova Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 Yes, and LEGO has definitely succeeded with that. Quote
Infernum Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 Did TLG even make the names? I thought it was based on a TV show, but now I think it's more likely that the TV show is based on the sets. Quote

Bigger Fish Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 I think the Mesmo, Magnifo and that other one (Can't remember the name,) are the purple magic ones we saw earlier. Quote
CM4Sci Posted January 11, 2014 Author Posted January 11, 2014 Scorpio is a purple one. I also see green starfish! -Sci Quote
DraikNova Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 I already mentioned those starfish when we first saw the sets. Quote
CM4Sci Posted January 24, 2014 Author Posted January 24, 2014 So Series 2's colors are orange, blue, and possibly brown (Series 3 may be tan?) -Sci Quote
LegoPanda Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 looks interesting, the eye joints and the yellow bush are nice pieces to have, and they arent that expensive Quote
TheLazyChicken Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 I am just getting the Mixels for pieces, they are great for Mocs. Quote
PenPlays Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 If there is only going to be one bag of each per box, TLG's making a big mistake. Quote
WARHEAD Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 So can't wait for these to start appearing in shops. Quote
ZORK64 Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 What shade of blue will be the blue ones in series 2? Normal bright blue or (hopefully) something brighter, like azure? Quote
Aanchir Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 What shade of blue will be the blue ones in series 2? Normal bright blue or (hopefully) something brighter, like azure? It could easily be a combination of both, like how the red ones use both Bright Red and Dark Red or how the yellow ones use both Bright Yellow and Flame Yellowish Orange. Quote
ShiningShinE Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 (edited) I find it somewhat odd that both brown (series 2) and tan (series 3) are present as Mixels colors. I love the looks of both, but going by Bionicle sales having both might be risky. At the same time a classic color like white is missing. Are they saving white for a possible series 4 or does this mean we won't be getting an icey Mixels tribe? Or maybe white will be used for the Nixels? I'm personally hoping for white Mixels in the future. Edited January 29, 2014 by ShiningShinE Quote

That's just my guess anyway. Quote

Kalhiki Posted January 30, 2014 Posted January 30, 2014 I'm not entirely sure what to think of the show. Looks cool, but I'm not sure. Still want to get the sets though. Glad to hear they'll be out relatively soon. Quote
CM4Sci Posted January 30, 2014 Author Posted January 30, 2014 Who does the video pause at 20 seconds in? It's all broken or something. I wanna watch the show! -Sci Quote
Bigger Fish Posted January 30, 2014 Posted January 30, 2014 The style kinda reminds me a bit of Pokemon. Quote
Lordofdragonss Posted January 30, 2014 Posted January 30, 2014 I already love that animation. I wonder what story will it brings us! Quote
