I would think that just about any character that isn't racist, sacrilegious, or politically incorrect would be fair game for a Minifigure. If you would have told me a couple years ago that we would have The Beetle, Rocket Racoon, and Falcon before any of The FF or almost any of The X-Men, I would have called shenanigans. Yet here we are. Not that I'm complaining. I love the diversity!

Well they just made a tiny mold of the emperor for the new star destroyer in CMF trophy size so that could be possible, And they printed the trophy of Jack sparrow as a voodoo doll for the QAR.

Here's a character from DC that deserves mention: New 52 Joker! And that's purely based on appearances, not to mention his behavior... In the same vein, Dollmaker counts as well.

Well, looking at some of the movie characters, it seems they have some that just have no chance. Bat-Cow, for instance. Heck, I can even go and say that any of the animal characters from DC Comics. Bat-Hound, Krypto, and Streaky.

I was really hoping for an appearance in L:MSH. Not exactly sure how the creators thought that characters known for such...¨impressive¨ abilities as mind controlling squirrels were more deserving of placement.

I almost died laughing when I read that.

Ant-Man mini will be a printed trophy or something. Ant-Man IMO is basically 100% coming as long as this movie actually comes out.

Buuut I'd say the Punisher wouldn't have a good chance. It's possible but if someone relatively "popular" and known were NOT coming it would probably be him. A "good guy" that murders a lot. It's not like the villains don't but it just seems worse when a good guy does it.

He has been in the video game though. But I don't want to pick an obvious choice of someone who will NEVER be a minifigure (Mr and Mrs Fantastic's kids ;p). It's more fun to gamble and pick someone who -probably- won't be but very well could be. I'd say a 10% chance. :P
