SpaceMan Nathan Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 If M:tron is my favorite theme, then they must have a sufficient enemy. My expansion of Blacktron II was done to keep in step with the sets and MOCs of M:tron. There are more pictures at my Flickr showing play features and such. "Starwing" (wingman to 6832) "Striker" "Transport" (this is a mod of the ship from set 6988; I wanted a VTOL for troop transport similar to my M:tron "Space Huey") "Interceptor" (tried to base this one off of 6981) "Armored Rover" (let's face it, the M:tron Mega Cor Magnetizer 6989 was an awesome set, and Blacktron II had nothing like it; I tried to keep the style of 6933) Quote
Godtshep Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 (edited) Nice MOCs! You should make a Blacktron II tank like the one in the new Captain America set-with the same suspension feature! Edited April 12, 2014 by Godtshep Quote
Orange Leader Posted April 12, 2014 Posted April 12, 2014 The Striker is so simply well done. I enjoy the classic TLG style approach to all your space MOCS. Quote
SpaceMan Nathan Posted April 12, 2014 Author Posted April 12, 2014 (edited) The Striker is so simply well done. I enjoy the classic TLG style approach to all your space MOCS. Sometimes it takes effort to "restrict" building. I usually build like this best after I have been building some of the original space sets from LEGO. When I get my original space MOCs up you will see more "current" build styles. And I also try to stick to the same cheesy type of names that LEGO went with. Lady K Posted April 17, 2014 Posted April 17, 2014 Great builds. I really like the look of that armored rover. The interceptor is cool too. Quote

And the "cheesy" names are great! Quote
CP5670 Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 I like how you used various sections from the official Blacktron sets in these models. Really makes them look authentic. Quote
Scorpion Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Amazing, simply amazing! Why LEGO doesn't reboot Blacktron is simply beyond me! Quote
