The Island Chronicles Posted September 18, 2019 Posted September 18, 2019 @Darnok I want Lego to make a school bus for City. That would be an interesting great vehicle there. Quote

lifeinplastic Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 @pooda I wouldn't personally be that interested in power sets, as I prefer 'leisure' activities or exploration. I suppose playability is a major factor Lego considers when deciding City sets. I like the bus idea though. One of my favourite sets in 'recent' years was the 2010 public transport station https://brickset.com/sets/8404-1/Public-Transport-Station Quote

That's what I call the special police and explorers sets. Though I think leisure activities are reserved for Friends. As for that public transport set, that vehicle pack was amazing. I actually saw hope in thinking that it would start a trend of vehicle packs for City. It's a shame I didnt get it when it was out. But what is your view on the pizza, mail, news, paramedics and Outback theme ideas? Edited September 25, 2019 by pooda Quote
HereWeGoAgain Posted September 25, 2019 Posted September 25, 2019 How about bringing back some Octan love with gas stations and whatnot. I'm working on my own service station MOC atm. LDD design is done, been building it up for the past few days. Quote

I think you'll be happy to know that in 2020, City is doing a gas station and some race cars - which would HAVE to be Octan. I hope the tuning shop is Octan too. Quote

JJBricker Posted October 3, 2019 Posted October 3, 2019 I'm hoping that someday Lego will do a set like this: Set: 607531 Lego High Rise This set would be about 700 pieces, cost $70, and if you bought more than one, you could make the high rise even higher! I'd really love a skyscraper but the price would be astronomical! Quote
jonwil Posted October 3, 2019 Posted October 3, 2019 I think a taco truck would go well in the Great Vehicles line. Or a truck selling some sort of meat (chicken wings, barbecue, something like that) Quote

jonwil Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 They could invent a new piece for such a truck (printed or molded). Quote

Collector245 Posted October 20, 2019 Posted October 20, 2019 They should make some buildings with no interior so you can design it on your own. I agree they should make a shopping mall set. Quote
