My squad is on its way, soon the rebles will be dead or imprisoned again, however the junior security will have to take care of them as we can't stay long, so many call outs today.

A floor plan of the build.

Oh yeah, everyone hates the new flickr interface. :sceptic: Try clicking on the 3 circles by the image, then 'download/all sizes' then 'view all sizes' and click on the correct sized image and drag it onto the 'new tab' icon on your browser. Then copy the link. I hope this works. :classic:

Anyway, onto the build...

The detention centre looks a lot like the one in the Death Star, which is GOOD as it is probably standard around Imperial bases. I like the Bacta-Tank-like covers on the prison cells, they break up the plain wall. Another Imp. build means one step closer to victory!

I think I got it thanks .

Yes I was going for Imperial consistency here.

No problem, nice to see the pictures up. I think we need a new tutorial on how to use the new flickr interface, it's very confusing. Stupid flickr! :hmpf_bad:

I amways use the share button (the rectangle with the curved arrow pointing out of it), select the BBC-code, and paste it right into the Eurobricks text window. No need to go via the image button here, and you get a fancy title and all...

No for the more exciting part: the build. The hexagonal hallway is nice, with all the control panels and ray shields (although in the DS, aren't there just normal dores instead of ray shields?). I am missing some grills in there however: that plain studded geound doesn't quite sell it for me... But Those bacta tank like windows indeed finish it off nicely, especially with those curved windows on top. It makes sense too, to surveil the prisoners.

The rest of the equipment in the control room is really nice, and so Imperial with those consoles. The armory is a bit less, and I feel there's a lot of unused room here. Maybe some extra shelves with detonators or so would come in handy. Also, and this is a general remark, I would have liked to se the floor more decorated. You already tried some detailing with the walls, using those pillars for example and some relief bricks. You could take that to the ground as well, to give it more of an overall quality.

So it's definetly not bad, but it could use some rendering too. And By the way: it might just e me, but I'm not quite etting how the title relates to this nice build.

First, Thanks :classic:.

I know, simply I ran out of time , deadlines in RL coming up upon me, I was going to render, but again, lack of time.

I suck at summaries and titles, all I can say is that the Rebels and Imperial are going to be swapping from defence to offence soonish when the Stormtroopers get in.

Oh yeah, forgot about the share button...
