Besides the release year - 2010 - as was already posted, the most obvious to me is that the truck has 10 wheels and 10 tires. In addition, the minifig heads (3626bpb405 and 3626bpb331) were both first released in 2010.

Edit: First thing in the morning, I noticed the set has specific parts with stickers, that is 10 distinct bricks with stickers.

No problem. What I thought is that within the inventory you get 10 different bricks to put the stickers on. But I checked again, and I miscounted them. Sorry about that (and the extra work checking it out).
