I knew there was a reason I woke up in the middle of the night, and that it was not just for a midnight snack.

Besides the release year - 2010 - as was already posted, the most obvious to me is that the truck has 10 wheels and 10 tires. In addition, the minifig heads (3626bpb405 and 3626bpb331) were both first released in 2010.

Edit: First thing in the morning, I noticed the set has specific parts with stickers, that is 10 distinct bricks with stickers.

Booah, you are all completely crazy! Look at the timestamps of the answers! *oh2*

That will be another round of honorable points for all of you.

It contains 10 translucent red round studs.

Errr, no? :look:

Redhead - 2

 Sorry, I don't get it.

It contains 10 pieces that were first produced in the year 1994. (I can't come up with more at this time of day...)

What pieces are you referring to?

The weapons&stuff stand is 10 studs wide if you exclude the things sticking out of it, and the cars are 10 studs long if you include only their bodies.

The set also contains 1 plate 1 x 4 with part number 3710, and for completeness, one plate 4 x 10.

And the set contains 10 unique parts in Dark Bluish Gray, and according to Bricklink's inventory it contains 10 extra parts, and it contains 10 different types of plates (again, according to Bricklink, "plate, modified" is not included).

The middle row of the keyboard (Sticker) contains 10 keys.

The set wheigts 210 grams.

Counting with spare parts you get 10 tires in this set.

The set got 10 out of 10 points in LuxorVs review on Eurobricks in the categorie "Playability" and 10 points for "Design & Colour scheme".

There are bricks in 10 different non-transparent colours in the set (yellow, white, reddish brown, red, medium blue, magenta, light bluish grey, dark bluish grey, blue, black).

 Sorry, I don't get it.

No problem. What I thought is that within the inventory you get 10 different bricks to put the stickers on. But I checked again, and I miscounted them. :sceptic: Sorry about that (and the extra work checking it out).

EDIT: Quarryman was faster, sorry, overread it when I was checking it the first time!

You people are all nuts, finding all these crazy 10s

All I have to say is:

Quarryman - 6 points (no points for include/exclude nor 3710)

Skalldyr - 2 points (for keyboard and tires)

Redhead - 1 point

It's the 10th smallest set in the cars theme (piece count vise).

I count it's the 9th set...

EDIT: BL doesn't list Rod “Torque” Redline, my fault.

MstrOfPppts - 1 point

Oh dammit, I only saw it say "1 is extra" once on Peeron. Dammit...

Uhm, including extras it contains 10% more than 10?

And 10 chi crystals. Uhm, no, too quick there.

10 round bricks in various shapes though (that is, categorised as "brick, round" by Bricklink), and 10 plate, modified 1x1, 10 black technic pins with friction (9+1) (not including extras, just the ones used to build the actual set).

Furthermore it has a Dark Bluish Gray plate 6 x 10, 4 tan plate 1 x 10, and 1 white technic brick 1 x 10.

On most of the cards is a written 10. (All cards beside #78 Maulus)
