Flaminatrix1 Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 WHY????????????? Enough with Age of Ultron. Enough with different colored Hulks. And ENOUGH WITH TRANSPARENT. I agree xD
mooproxy Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 WHY????????????? Enough with Age of Ultron. Enough with different colored Hulks. And ENOUGH WITH TRANSPARENT. Couldn't agree more. I mean its not like there are other things they promised which we're waiting on or anything.
Borex Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 (edited) That transparant Venom can come in handy as Stealth Venom though. Edited September 10, 2015 by Borex
Sebiron Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 But no transparent invisible girl... Sure Iceman and Invisible girl will be in last after all the X-men
jangosolo Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 (edited) The SY Jurassic World Set arrived today, very impressive - The print on the torso's is top notch, only thing for me is Owen's face isn't great, a little squished and thickly printed - however that is easily rectified. The most exciting part for me, is the Dr - I've just popped a blank light flesh head on him, applied one of my face decals and (once the hair piece arrives in a Bricklink order) voila a perfect Banner - better than buying up that ridiculous mech! As for the other figures, the soldiers are quite good, and the older kid has been repurposed into Ron Weasley(!) - not sure what to do with the owner of JW (Sorry can't remember any of their names) - the print again on the him is superb, just not sure if I have any use for him from a custom point of view - though his hair is useful. The worse figure? Easily the little kid. Awful. The mini dinosaur builds was a fun idea too, of no use whatsoever, but kept my kids busy for a little while. Edited September 10, 2015 by jangosolo
JVM Posted September 11, 2015 Posted September 11, 2015 Wow that R2D2 is the worst bootleg i think ive ever seen It's actually a half-way decent quality bootleg of the 'Snowman Astromech' Ithink, was in one of the calendars? My memory's vague. Ididn't buy it myself. The current Ron used to be Zach Mitchell, and the kid was Gray Mitchell. What came out wrong with him, anyhow? I'd love to see these customs when they're all done!

Robianco Posted September 11, 2015 Posted September 11, 2015 Is it just me or is there a huge lull in the figures that are getting released? After everyone putting out their AOU figs... then SY fixing their shoulder issues and going double sided on the heads they pretty much destroyed everyone else in the AOU stakes it's all gone very quiet. The Mechs just seem like a hangover from the AOU stuff and the only new figure is Banner. Dargo are historically pretty iffy and don't seem to be putting out any of the stuff from that poster... the transparent figures are an odd thing that they just seem to be fixated on. Decool have just about finished the waves shown on their last leaflet. I'm thinking that the DC wave with Deathstroke etc are relatively close as well as the SDCC figs. I'm just hoping we get something new and unreleased.

For Dargo, the window of opportunity to release some of those figs everyone was raving over would be now with no other competition in the market now... makes me wonder if they've hit some kind of production snag?
Collector Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 For Dargo, the window of opportunity to release some of those figs everyone was raving over would be now with no other competition in the market now... makes me wonder if they've hit some kind of production snag? It must have been nearly a 2 month wait between the time that I first saw pics of Dargo's Iron Man set, and the time that they were actually released. Hopefully this doesn't become Dargo's standard wait time for new stuff. In the mean time they're just give other brands the opportunity to swoop in an beat them to it. I think they were one of the first brands to release Ant Man knockoff pics, and we've already had a few brands release those. SY has already released the new Spider-Man minifigs, and Xinh managed to release Heatwave before them. I have transparent minifigs as much as the next guy, but maybe it won't be so bad for blue Bulk, since it's based off the time he got the powers of Captain Universe.
JVM Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 Hey guys, I am very glad to see many fans here and wish u all have a great time!! So far I have get like a million requests about what figures we should make, well thanks you all for the great sharing! On the other hand, Please let me explain how we make new designs: at the very beginning of each year, we will make a plan about what series to make on every month. For every figure, it takes 1week to discuss the possibility to make and the time to jump into our production line, 2 weeks for design, 3-4weeks to open mould, 1 week to try the mould, another 2 weeks to finish production and packing, and I guess 1 more month on the shipment or distribution... Those are the estimated time assuming everything goes smoothly... Moreover, to us, as a manufacturer, 1000export cartons is the moq for every production. So Before launching, we should do extremely marketing research on every idea or design on every country to ensure that we do not have too much storage. So guys, please believe me that we take very series consideration on every suggestion, give us some patience and understanding on this time matter and please keep posting ur sharing on this page for us to consider!!! Thanks again to all of you, have fun and cheers!! SY Marketing Team For those curious about how these are made and the length of time concern etc
Borex Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 For those curious about how these are made and the length of time concern etc Where did you find this? Is this really from SY?

Borex Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 (edited) Maybe, maybe not https://www.facebook.com/syblocks?fref=nf Thanks. When i have the time i'll check it out. *thumbs up* If they're real we can start a petition ourselfs too :-) Edited September 12, 2015 by Borex
Swifty118247 Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 (edited) The decool page is a fan page so I think it's quite likely that the SY page is a fan page too. Edited September 12, 2015 by Swifty118247
agoodfella77 Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Not sure if anyone has posted this yet, but it looks like LELE has released an Ant-Man set:
jeduh Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Not sure if anyone has posted this yet, but it looks like LELE has released an Ant-Man set: Why the green though..
agoodfella77 Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Why the green though.. It's an odd choice indeed. The Black / Yellow on the upper far right looks interesting (could be decent for a MOC Yellowjacket). I wish they would have done a proper MCU WASP though...
steveholt Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 i wish SY would just go through the roster for Lego Marvel Superheroes and Lego Batman 3 and just systematically make them all
jeduh Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 i wish SY would just go through the roster for Lego Marvel Superheroes and Lego Batman 3 and just systematically make them all Yeah I agree but, we can only hope :/
mooproxy Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 i wish SY would just go through the roster for Lego Marvel Superheroes and Lego Batman 3 and just systematically make them all We all want that I'm sure, but I doubt it's going to happen.
