Brickmamba Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 Thanks for posting these pics. I was curious as to which minifigs were included since the pics so far were so rough -- looks like the MK7, MK 42 and WM.... I was kind of hoping that there would be some new MKs included.... oh well... But guys check this out -- I'm really curious about how the quality will be for this bad boy (HULKBUSTER) -- crappy pic quality but I haven't seen it anywhere else: Nice find, will get if can find one, being bigfig will be less forgiving since its done by lele
KCMatze Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 That does indeed not look like anything LEGO would do...so this would not fit into any LEGO collection ;)
BigPoppaBrick Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 What's the large Blue figure? Is it just a blue Hulkbuster outfit? I've got the Lele Cap America set of figures and they aren't that bad. Far better than I expected given what I had read.
Rinzler Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 Thinking of buying the Decool BigFig Thing, should I do it? Can someone get me a picture of him with either Hulk or the rest of the F4, please?
Robianco Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 If no one gets it to you first I'll send them on Monday when I'm back off my honeymoon!
wilson3a10 Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 That set alone has more detail than most of the Iron man 3 sets lego officially released, how much did you get the set for ? It costed around $15 USD Thanks for posting these pics. I was curious as to which minifigs were included since the pics so far were so rough -- looks like the MK7, MK 42 and WM.... agoodfella77 Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 That does indeed not look like anything LEGO would do...so this would not fit into any LEGO collection ;) Actually, the Hulkbuster in the LEGO MARVEL Super Heroes video game looks very similar to this (in fact the design is likely a rip-off version of a rendering of the video game version if I had to venture a guess), here is a shot from LEGO's wikia:
Kire Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 It costed around $15 USD Thanks I just ordered mine and as for the Lele hulkbuster I'm really not sure if it's worth purchasing, from what I've seen Lele is on the come up they seem to slowly be getting closer to the quality of Wave 1 Decool sets and they do put out some very interesting figure waves, heck they already put out Taskmaster and Electro before Decool got the chance. Lele is getting better in time and hopefully stuff like this hulkbuster will be more common by Lele.
wilson3a10 Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 (edited) Digger got a review on the base set. The mini fig quality of SY is getting better. Somehow better than decool. Btw Here I only got the thing from decool big fig You can notice their faces are a bit different And the base set again Edited August 17, 2014 by wilson3a10
robuko Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 So, my Lele Red Hulk came with 2 right arms and no left arms..... Someone asked for a better shot of the Decool Shazam a while back, but, really, mine was awful. Following my usual convention, fakes on the left, genuine article on the right. The SY Green Lantern pack was pretty interesting because of the new colours for the accessories - flat silver technic pin, trans colours guns The SDCC Lantern clone printing was a bit too bright and wrong colour hair. The other dudes have basically the same print. I have no idea who these are, but the one bottom right is interesting because he has 2 heads. I also picked up a copy of the Decool turtles set, which I was quite impressed with Kraang printing is the wrong colour on head, torso and legs Shadow Leonardo is extremely good. I don't have the originals in hand for the other figures, but the Decool copies looked pretty good to me.
Rinzler Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 (edited) I bought Thing today, it should be here in September Thanks for the pics, guys! Edited August 17, 2014 by Rinzler

kid Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 How much for the Lele HB set if I may ask? And where did you but it from? (ebay? AliExpress? link?)
Kire Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 (edited) How much for the Lele HB set if I may ask? And where did you but it from? (ebay? AliExpress? link?) Lol, I purchased the SY 305 lab set, not the Hulkbuster set. I was mainly speaking on my thoughts on how Lele will eventually become better quality sets down the road. Edited August 17, 2014 by Kire
dirk Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 $15 USD for ironman lab set? can only be from taobao or agreetao. It's double the price on aliexpress and ebay.
Nimrod Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 Does anyone here own/have an opinion on the dragonball z Decool set? I don't usually consider buying bootlegs, but I'm tempted by these since lego isn't likely to ever make them.

I think he may have reviewed the DBZ figures at some point.
agoodfella77 Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 Does anyone know which MARK suit is shown in the Digger318 review of the SY305 set (it's the one Tony is working on and has no legs -- torso only), screen grab here:

Borex Posted August 18, 2014 Posted August 18, 2014 the one bottom right is interesting If there are some people that want to make a custom Abe Sapien (Hellboy), i think this will make a great head for him. Otherwise he would look (and that red guy too) in the Star Wars Cantina as visitors.
