The printing is really nice. Lucky you. Yup, i do have some minifigures with bad prints. Good thing some sellers in the market where I buy them are willing to open the boxes for inspection. BTW, anyone here from Hanoi (or Vietnam)? I am now having a hard time getting these figs since most sellers won't restock anymore (almost a month now). The Thing big figure didn't reach Hanoi as far as I know. I also have a hard time asking the sellers if they would be getting more stocks (since I can't speak VN). Before I resort to ordering online maybe you may know a shop where I can get these (and hopefully a Hulkbuster, Young Justice set, etc).

Apparently from the recent reviews from Digger318 the arm joints are now identical to Lego so I'm hoping that the shoulder size should be better... they do seem to be altering their moulds or even acquiring Lego ones from somewhere. I think I may just have to live with Mr Fantastic and the trans red Human Torch too! Quick question for ZEA batman are they purple or dark purple hands?

Robianco Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 (edited) They're Dark Purple... mine all arrived last week and the nice thing is they were all boxed which is a rarity. I'm not sure why that reviewer would think that Decool would put out a better printed version than Sheng Yuan. Maybe if they do I'd hope the head would be double sided but seeing as they already have trouble with Tony Stark's head I don't hold out much hope. On a side note mine all had the right arms, hands and legs. I ordered 3 sets with a view to selling all but 2 of the figs on to recoup my outlay on them and the figures were all pretty identical with regards to print quality. The arms do have the Lego connector mould now and the shoulders are not quite as thick but I still used the arms I had ready. The dark purple cape I ordered from BL unfortunately was very colour faded so I'll be getting a new one but the bat is in his hand now and the ZEA figure looks great. I'm really happy with it and glad it didn't cost me £150. While the detailing of the worn headband is a nice touch on the original I'll never display them without the cowl so it's no particular miss that the SY doesn't have it. The scowl and stubble also look really good on the versions I received. I was worried that the purple cowl wouldn't be the same purple as the legs or hands for some reason... maybe a slight transparency to the plastic but it's bang on. Another reason I'm really happy with it. The Tumbler version will be a placeholder until I get the actual Tumbler UCS set. Along with the custom pad printed Arkham torso I ordered from a customiser in Australia and my recent Sinestro Corps Batman, my Batman collection is rising... with the 2015 sets I think there'll be well over 20 variations... I have purchased both the Lele and the SY swat teams. The SY swat was better made and the accessories were also made from better molds. The Lele swat did come with some neat accessories that did not come with the SY swat (like the solid swat shield). If you want I can post some pics later.

Oh yea, Lele's SWAT shield is also very nice. I'll be buying that minifig just that shield eventhough I don't like Lele's quality. SY SWAT is better quality but I find the torso design a bit lacking. Lele is more ambitious in this regard. SY SWAT has better and more variety when it comes to accessories and weapons. More big guns! I have bought 3 sets of SY SWAT. My favourite is the blue SWAT police officer. He has a nice uniform, torso front and back and legs are printed. If he's not wearing SWAT gear and armor, he blends in well in a CITY setup. I am hunting for police officer hats and different faces for this guy to make a police team.

I have a SAS Squad that I put together with Si-Dan accessories, Citizen Brick head etc and the belt with holster on the Lele set actually holds the pistol better than the Si-Dan version so I replaced them. Gas Masks are identical quality and the tactical vests are also very good. The quality of the weapons and other items on the moulds was really good too... on both SY and Lele. SY have very good printing quality and mirror actual Lego designs were possible but I'm not a fan of Lele's figures... either from the design, printing or plastic point of view. I tend to just replace these with actual Lego figures. I paid £2.80 for the 4 SY and around £5 for the Lele so not bad for 12 figures worth of accessories, armour and weapons. Ordered my GOTG, Green Goblin and Venom figures form the same person I ordered my Hulkbuster. Looking forward to those arriving along with the FF set.

Even worse, if you see figures with baseplates that say "Bon Bon"...just run. I picked up a Star Wars set by Bon Bon, and they were the worst figures/printing/quality I have ever seen. Tyberious Funk Posted October 14, 2014 Posted October 14, 2014 I have a number of Lele sets... mostly because they have some pretty interesting fantasy stuff, including a couple of LotR/Hobbit waves. It's true their quality isn't great. I've generally found the printing to be decent, with the occasional exception, but they are more prone to mold marks. And their legs, for some reason, are utter garbage. Almost all of them seem to bow inwards -- less noticeable when they are locked onto a stand, but often very noticeable when they are standing freely. That said, if you don't mind replacing the legs, and doing a bit of cleanup work on the mold marks... the end result can be... reasonable. But it's probably only worth the effort for figures that you can't get through SY or Decool. That said, it's all a matter of perspective. I've seen various armies on sale via AliExpress, which I suspect are Lele brand. They are typically $19.99 for 20 soldiers of some kind, plus a commander. That's less than a dollar per figure, delivered. Even assuming you need to replace the legs on every single one of them, at 50c per set of legs... you are still getting an army for around ~$1.50/figure.

They did some anime figures Dragonball Z, One Piece...and I think they did some Simpsons ones. I have the Dragonball and One Piece figures. They look kinda cool, but there were pieces missing and the plastic quality is not great. I have a Star Wars set with a CB brand logo. I don't know what the CB even stands for...and it's definitely not the company that makes the Dr. Who stuff (Character Building). They were Lele quality figures, Some of the helmets fit too loosely. Etc. But I was impressed they used the new blaster molds that Lego created for Star Wars. The Blaster guns where you put the round 1x1 plate on the front if it, and then there is a little part to push on the top of the gun that pops the plate off the front of the gun. "Ow, Ow, Ow. Those new blasters hurt! Stop it!"
