@agoodfella love your minifig versions of rhino and juggernaut. I'm assuming the muscles on rhino's arms are custom?

Yes, the arms, torso are custom on the rhino. The rest are either official parts or modded parts (e.g. the horns on the helmet).

It's SY so you can expect good plastic and printing.

Those are Decool, aren't they? Either way, they are about the best you'll find in bootleg.

Man I was at the NZ Armageddon Expo a while back now and I saw these Decool figures.

There was a stall there that had the figures unboxed on a stand and was selling them for $5 each as Lego mini-figures. I actually thought they were Lego until I got up close to them.

It just 'irks' me that these people were selling these to parents and kids as Lego figures when they were not. I hope they were able to tell the difference like me.

I did appreciate the likeness they were able to achieve and the variety of characters however.

People who advertise them as LEGO figures, knowing they aren't should be fined if I am honest, surely its a criminal offence to do so? I would gladly buy them as long as they are clearly advertised as being not LEGO, if they advertise as LEGO Compatible thats fine too, jst false advertising grinds my gears.

I hope you punched them in the face? Legovultures...

Anything that isn't Lego should clearly be labelled as such... Plain and simple.

With regards to those blanks I've always thought that the plastic colour was a little bit off... more noticeable on things such as light flesh really.

The transparent figures do look pretty good though... that trans clear could be really useful!

I had been out of LEGO for so long, when I went to Dragoncon this past year I got "conned" by someone selling bootlegs as LEGO as well. $5 a minifigure. Another guy was also selling them but he made it clear they were not LEGO and his price was cheaper. Sadly I bought a few from the first seller. When I got I was a tad bit ticked when I started searching and found Ebay and AE sellers with the same minifigs as I bought for WAY less cheaper.

Its too bad that these sellers don't fill the buyers in on the fact that these aren't LEGO.

Oh, come on! Someone does a mashup up Grumpy Sparrows and transformers with custom molds, but I can't get a Legend of Zelda set? What has the world come to? Seriously, if anyone makes a decent LoZ set, I will buy no fewer than 5 sets... Those Grumpy Sparrows transformers are awesome in their ridiculousness, though.

I too long for a good LoZ set, the new goblin hat gives me hope for both an old school Green Goblin and at least a custom Link.

I prefer agoodfellas to be honest, not sure whether Rhino justifies being a big fig. The mould looks decent, but this is the first one that has a printed flesh face, not sure if it looks quite right. Also the body lacks texture, just seems a little plain compared to the awesome Thing we've had.

From the look of that I dont think the customizers need to be worried. There are so many better ones out there.

Please don't quote pictures. Seeing it once is more than enough
