papacharly Posted May 4, 2014 Posted May 4, 2014 For attending my duty („ ... you must (if you win) share how you did the render…”) I prepared some comments on my entry for the rendering contest. Hope these comments will inspire you to create and poste some more nice renderings or even will encourage you to engage with rendering. Superkalle proposed to open a new topic fort his. So please feel free to poste further questions/comments/remarks here. I would highly appreciate if other participants in the rendering contest would poste some tips regarding their entries here too. JM1971 Posted May 4, 2014 Posted May 4, 2014 @papacharly, just a quick question about your walls, are they 2x2 bricks or flat tiles? Quote
papacharly Posted May 4, 2014 Author Posted May 4, 2014 @papacharly, just a quick question about your walls, are they 2x2 bricks or flat tiles? The walls were mainly built with Brick 2x4x3 (#30144). The floor is built with flat tiles. regards papacharly Quote

EDIT: Just seen the nice render of the 852 Heli on your flickr, I used to have that when it first came out, all the renders there are excellent. Edited May 4, 2014 by JM1971 Quote

Thanks! Yup, its close to Technic Action Figure scale => see here No, actually I do not intend to build it in real lego, as I’m absolutely sure that my Minister of Finance would immediately reject my purchasing request. regards papacharly Quote
