For attending my duty („ ... you must (if you win) share how you did the render…”) I prepared some comments on my entry for the rendering contest.

Hope these comments will inspire you to create and poste some more nice renderings or even will encourage you to engage with rendering.

Superkalle proposed to open a new topic fort his. So please feel free to poste further questions/comments/remarks here. I would highly appreciate if other participants in the rendering contest would poste some tips regarding their entries here too.

@papacharly, just a quick question about your walls, are they 2x2 bricks or flat tiles?

The walls were mainly built with Brick 2x4x3 (#30144). The floor is built with flat tiles.

Its a lot bigger than I first thought, a minifig would look like doll in there, do you have any plans to build it for real? because its really good.

EDIT: Just seen the nice render of the 852 Heli on your flickr, I used to have that when it first came out, all the renders there are excellent.

Thanks!

Yup, its close to Technic Action Figure scale => see here

No, actually I do not intend to build it in real lego, as I’m absolutely sure that my Minister of Finance would immediately reject my purchasing request. :cry2:
