Posted May 7, 201410 yr Most of us probably can't do our business without the use of a smart phone, ipad, laptop, or maybe even reading the warning labels on deodorant, but do any of you have LEGO bricks set aside to play with while you sit on the throne? I am to afraid of dropping pieces accidentally. Edited May 7, 201410 yr by legoman19892
May 7, 201410 yr I must admit, I actually sat there one time and sorted a box of parts, but that's as close as I get. I do however check eurobricks almost everytime, many of my best posts were written there...
May 7, 201410 yr Indeed, I like to flip through old (or recent) LEGO catalogs while on the john… but actually using bricks, I'm not sure how that would work out.
May 7, 201410 yr but actually using bricks, I'm not sure how that would work out. What happens if you drop one?
May 8, 201410 yr What happens if you drop one? A new take on the old game 'Go Fish' Do you build with LEGO while using the bathroom? Too distracting
May 8, 201410 yr Running out of topics to start I see? Anyway I don't actually build anything there, but I do usually take a Lego catalogue or an issue of Brickjournal to read. However, if I'm holding a small model like a car or something I'll just place it on the shelf at the other side of the bathroom and look at it while sitting down. I am to afraid of dropping pieces accidentally. No, I do not. You could use one of those TV dinner tables with a lip around the edge. Don't forget to wash your hands afterwards.
May 9, 201410 yr I never thought about this possibility ...thanks for ruining the idea of buying used bricks ever again! Lol ...yuck!
May 9, 201410 yr Never! I wouldn't even think about having bricks on the toilet. And I've never used a piece of technology either, it's too risky, both health wise and money wise. Edited May 9, 201410 yr by Dr Leg O Brick
May 9, 201410 yr I am a clean freak so wouldn't really work out! Seems like it would be more of a pain to try to build legos under that situation lol.
May 10, 201410 yr nope, not for me. i don't want to risk dropping my lego pice and having it mixed with human organic residue....
May 11, 201410 yr Reading euro bricks on my phone when dropping the kids off at the pool, but Legos? No. I'm not that hardcore.
May 13, 201410 yr This seems like a personal yet hilarious question. Simply, I do not build with LEGO in the bathroom, and I can simply explain why. -What if the LEGO get filthy? -Who can concentrate with building while in the bathroom? -Where do you build while using the bathroom? I'd rather not get answers for these questions, they are rhetorical. Have a good day Maniac4Bricks :)
