Niku Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Great awesome ship, easily one of my favorites I love the spooky atmosphere on the pics. Quote
soccerkid6 Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 Magnificent build ... The shape of the boat is fantastic and the really captures the Nocty feel Quote
Gideon Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 As I said on Flickr, excellent addition of that real smoke...I first thought it was a Photoshop effect! This is quintessentially Nocturnian if you ask me. Quote
MassEditor Posted May 14, 2014 Author Posted May 14, 2014 Thanks again everyone, you guys are great! I appreciate your comments Gideon, I'm glad to know I'm on the right track. I've been building castles and medieval scenes and forests for so long I thought I'd have some trouble adopting the darker overtones when building for Nocturnus. And now, I have to say, if I had the skills to photoshop something like that I would be telling EVERYONE! That would take some wizard-level skills I'm sure. Me? I'll have to stick to the real stuff for now. I also want to give a shout out to my boy Ecc, who frontpaged this ship and, against all odds, had an incredibly clever comment to go with it! Quote
chongming Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 wow... amazing MOC and photography. May i ask which set is the minifigure customise from? Is there a bricklink number for the body and head of Anfauglir & Korrak? Quote
Emma Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 Really nice work Mass The shape of the ship is superb, the photography+effects top notch, and a good story too. I wonder, if perhaps a black/dark backdrop might have enhanced the gloom of the Nocturnus swamps a bit for the story images... Quote
Wat Tambor Posted May 14, 2014 Posted May 14, 2014 What a nice GNAR entry this one is! The overall presentation, the muddy green wather in combination with the fog, is just perfect. Of course the ship itself also look brilliantly done and the red dragon head (?) is a nice detail. Quote
de Gothia Posted May 15, 2014 Posted May 15, 2014 Wow! What a presentation! Hope to see some more cool mist in the future! The ship is really spooky and fits the Nocty great! Quote
TheLazyChicken Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Amazing! I love this moc of yours, keep up te good work! Quote
