As I said on Flickr, excellent addition of that real smoke...I first thought it was a Photoshop effect!

This is quintessentially Nocturnian if you ask me.

Thanks again everyone, you guys are great!

I appreciate your comments Gideon, I'm glad to know I'm on the right track. I've been building castles and medieval scenes and forests for so long I thought I'd have some trouble adopting the darker overtones when building for Nocturnus.

And now, I have to say, if I had the skills to photoshop something like that I would be telling EVERYONE! That would take some wizard-level skills I'm sure. Me? I'll have to stick to the real stuff for now.

I also want to give a shout out to my boy Ecc, who frontpaged this ship and, against all odds, had an incredibly clever comment to go with it!

wow... amazing MOC and photography. May i ask which set is the minifigure customise from? Is there a bricklink number for the body and head of Anfauglir & Korrak?

Really nice work Mass  The shape of the ship is superb, the photography+effects top notch, and a good story too. I wonder, if perhaps a black/dark backdrop might have enhanced the gloom of the Nocturnus swamps a bit for the story images...

What a nice GNAR entry this one is!

The overall presentation, the muddy green wather in combination with the fog, is just perfect.

Of course the ship itself also look brilliantly done and the red dragon head (?) is a nice detail.
