Chocolatecake Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 I think when you are once used to it it's ok but in the beginning I had some problems too... Better than brickshelf though because it's published immediately I'm glad to hear that. Quote
Jim Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Flickr is okay, but it needs some getting used to. You can also try Bricksafe, a Lego picture hosting site made by an EB member Quote
Cecilie Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Flickr used to be great. And I still think Flickr's current uploader is pretty awesome. However the current layout for browsing and viewing images is . I have switched my flickr over to french because only the english version has been switched to the new layout, and the previous one, although still worse than old flickr, is still somewhat useable. Holodoc Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 So I got my photos uploaded to flickr. I made a collection called Billund 2014 with 7 albums where the photos are grouped content wise. How do I deeplink to that collection? Quote
Cecilie Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 I'm not sure what you mean by deeplinking a collection, but I'm assuming this is the link to the collection you're talking about? https://www.flickr.com/photos/66820554@N02/collections/72157644406997928/ Quote
Legogal Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 Holo, I just go the the flickr page I want to link to, and copy that url pasting it in the EB post. Quick and dirty, but it works, and you don't have to read any damn instructions.....yada yada yada...blah blah blah ad infinitum. Quote
Holodoc Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 https://www.flickr.c...57644406997928/ Yes - that's it! But how did you get there? Quote
Calanon Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 Yes - that's it! But how did you get there? It's easy Quote
Cecilie Posted May 25, 2014 Posted May 25, 2014 Yes - that's it! But how did you get there? Like Calanon shows. They've really hidden the collections button. Quote
Holodoc Posted May 25, 2014 Posted May 25, 2014 Well, at least I can always go back here and see how flickr works... Some 'highlights from my collection: I'm feeling gooood today! Ze ultimate MOCcer and the (quite challenging) building instructions. If you have a problem and no one else can help - maybe you can hire the CEE-team! He had his hands somewhere else just a second ago... Well done, Lasse! Btw. where are your photos, Copmike? Loving this double-decker-couch! Kitty power all the way! Pandora and Ras might want to add their comment here? You call this a gun? Who was who once again? 4 Designers in one row: Brickthing, Marcos Besa? and ... (please insert name here) Quote
Quarryman Posted May 25, 2014 Posted May 25, 2014 Who was who once again? 4 Designers in one row: Brickthing, Marcos Besa? and ... (please insert name here) Brickthing, Mark Stafford (Nabii), the Colombian whose name escapes me, and Carl Merriam. Quote
Cecilie Posted May 25, 2014 Posted May 25, 2014 Who was who once again? 4 Designers in one row: Brickthing, Marcos Besa? and ... (please insert name here) No Marcosbessa in that picture, he was the day before. From left to right: Brickthing, Mark Stafford, some dude who was a non-AFOL designer, Carl Merriam Brickthing, Mark Stafford (Nabii), the Colombian whose name escapes me, and Carl Merriam. Haha, beat me to it Quote
Holodoc Posted May 25, 2014 Posted May 25, 2014 Thanks for helping out! (and thx for the link to Mark's flickr account ) Quote
