May 24, 201410 yr Author Thank you very much for the post on the Audi Sport Facebook! I can't PM you either yet. By mere luck, DTM is coming to Hungary the next weekend (the 1st of June), so it would be possible to arrange the exposition and race visiting. Edited May 25, 201410 yr by Lipko
May 24, 201410 yr I send your e-mail address to Audi Sport. Hope you get the chance to visit them during the DTM weekend. Can you post here if you succeeded and what they thought of your car?
May 25, 201410 yr @Lipko - this is a great model and I like it a lot On the rear suspension, is there a reason that you don't use the Axle Towball (piece 2736) at the end of the 6L Links? Perhaps trans clear chef hats (piece 3898) could be used for the headlights?

June 1, 201410 yr Very Awesome build! Love the details on the emblem and the body, you can easily see it's an Audi! One little detail you are missing is the "I love Deutsche Post" front plate.
June 1, 201410 yr Author Thanks for the comments! I had an interesting Sunday: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=629283410489638&set=a.117041338380517.29333.114682131949771&type=1&theater Thanks again Pwessels for letting them know about the model.

June 2, 201410 yr Thanks for adding it to Rebrickable. Now I hope someone is crazy enough to create instructions for this beauty from the 3D model
June 2, 201410 yr So cool that you got to see the real car up close! Don't suppose you got to take it for a spin?
June 2, 201410 yr I'm gathering parts now. I don't have as much time to build anymore, but this beauty is next.
June 3, 201410 yr Lipko this is very cool. Again :D I need to sort out parts and see what I am missing currently, so I can build it.
June 4, 201410 yr Author Thank you for the faming, and the model is up on Lego Ideas: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/67145
June 22, 201410 yr Ready I made the rear Wing wider and add black wheels... Edited June 22, 201410 yr by Polo-Freak
June 22, 201410 yr im waiting for bricklink order to complete the parts list! cant wait!! this is an awesome moc. one day when im big i hope to be as good
June 22, 201410 yr Looks really good with black rims! It seems the rear of the car doesn't hang that much like on the pictures of Lipko. Do you made any changes or maybe Lipko can explain what's the reason for that? I also would like to build this MOC, but I'm a bit afraid the rear of the car would touch the ground.
June 22, 201410 yr nothing is hang, same distance (bumper to the street) front and rear, the Suspension is working perfectly. ... use NEW yellow springs with full Power
June 22, 201410 yr Author Thank you for the build and nice pictures! About the rear suspension: the reason that the rear seems to touch the ground on some pictures is that I forgot to place a solid sheet under the background white paper, and the ground was quite uneven and soft. The bottom of the car is completely flat. On this picture (still not perfectly flat ground), you can see that the rear is at about the same level as the front: Also as you can see, you should pull out the flex axles of the front wheel arcs a tiny bit. The rear suspension can also be easily assisted with a Lego rubber band. You can see it on this pic:
June 22, 201410 yr Ok, a wavy sheet of paper... Then I don't have any worries. Thank you for the explanation!
