Considering that Series 11 came out in Poland on July 18 last year, this series could be in the streets anytime now

Can't wait to see more pictures!

Gonna guess it's Bespin Leia.

That's been my bet for a while. It's one of the few updates we haven't gotten and from the front it definitely fits, though a picture of the back will definitely make it clearer.

All in all the molds do look better and better for this theme.

Gonna guess it's Bespin Leia.

If you're saying the Dino Tracker hairpiece, that one looks like a new long single ponytail, which is more similiar with Padme's hairpiece. Again, if that's the case, Bespin Leia can simply reuse her mother's hairpiece.

I'm assuming they created it for something licensed and then are using it here to get their money's worth similar to the forest maiden's hair being used in the CMF shortly before being revealed as Endor Leia's hair. I'm halfway assuming this is probably something for Leia or Padme as it's definitely in their style. But until we actually see what the back of it looks like I can't really tell for sure.

In Forest Maiden's case, that hairpiece was made due to both available design costs and more than one uses. However, that hairpiece can still be used for future original LEGO sets (maybe some Castle female figures can use that) since it isn't exclusive to SW license.

Padme's hairpiece was the very first female hairpiece that made debut in licensed sets, but it's currently only used for newer Padme redesigns. Its either that TLG don't think it's useful. Or it's actually exclusive to SW license (just like Leia's) and can't be used for a generlc female figure, so TLG have to make a simiiliar hairpiece for the Dino Tracker.

Padme's hair is pretty useless for anyone except Padme. It looks too weird for City, to nice and complex for historical themes. Why make a new ponytail for the Dino Tracker? It's not as if we don't have at least three other options for that, options that probably look a bit more fitting for someone running through a jungle rather than this formal looking hairpiece. To me it seems awfully specific and there's not a lot that really ties it to the Dino Tracker. It is possible that this piece was created for the Genie and they just decided to use it for the Dino Tracker too.

Padme's hairpiece doesn't look like Bespin Leia's hair at all. In fact this new piece from the front matches Bespin Leia's hair perfectly. Now if the back is a braid rather than a ponytail that probably means Leia will use it at some point in the future. So until we see the back of that hairpiece I'm not going to rule out the possibility.

I hope my eyes are wrong and both the Tracker and the Genie have the same hair, but I can't believe it, since it would be two of a new piece per series (which I don't remember them doing before), and they aren't identical from the front. That new hair would be perfect for the Genie, but I think they mixed up which hair was more appropriate for whom. Seriously, post-apocalyptic or not, does the Dino Tracker's hair make sense for her job? I'd be happier to see the bun in brown and the ponytail in Cool Yellow.

The new LEGO Club Junior magazine has a picture of all the Series 12 minifigs (drawings, not photographs). It confirms the Pizza Delivery Guy has short sleeves, and if I recall correctly the Genie is shown from the back, but I don't have the picture in front of me right now so can't confirm the hairpiece. If one of you is planning on going to a LEGO store today, might as well pick one up and take a look.

It happened in Series 2 with the Vampire and the Karate Master

Yeah, that's the worst case, the second being blonde Trace ponytail in both series 1 and 2. Two colors for the same new hairpiece in a series is acceptable to me.

I know, I just meant that Dino Tracker's hairpiece wouldn't look like Bespin Leia either. But yeah, it's relunctant to put Padme's hairstyle on a City woman. No offense, Leia and Padme's exclusive hairpieces feels like something favoring that other licensed heroines don't get (best example: Katara) so I'd really like to see more CMFs reuse their hairpieces in new colors.

I thought Dino Tracker would be like a Hunger Games heroine, but that character would use Tamina or Joanna's braid hairpiece.

But that was introduced in the Clone Wars theme.

You're right. I forgot about Count Dooku

About the Genie Girl hairpiece, it looks like the Sumo bun to me, but digital renderings of the minifigures aren't always loyal to the real ones, so it's hard to tell

I hope someone can scan the LEGO Club Junior magazine soon!

After another look, I can confirm the Genie and Dino Tracker both appear to have the same hairpiece, which has a long, slightly wavy ponytail (not braided). I'm pretty sure it's a brand new piece. The Dino Tracker's is solid dark brown, while the Genie's has a gold hairband printed on. Keep in mind these were drawings, though, so they might not quite match the final product.

Oh, good! Don't know about the hairband, since the render clearly lacks one, but if they're the same piece, I'll be very happy. This debate seems to be the "Yeti head-one piece or two?" debate of this year's discussion. So much talking about the specifics of one minifigure's parts!

It's what happens once all the big new breaks but everyone is still waiting for the actual product. There is very little to discuss so we all just speculate and debate the little things. I can't wait for the series though, most every figure is a must have!

Well, that makes her a more interesting minifigure.

If she has another face with a veil printed on it, she will be a must have!

If I recall correctly there was torso printing, but I don't remember printing on the armor...

If the space miner is like the render on page 18, he should have printing on the shoulder of the armor, which kinda looked like the CS logo with a drill bit in place of the spaceship.

Be patient, it's a privilege to have them. They usually come out the first of a month, so next week if he has one for this series.
