Here is my latest moc, something i always wanted to create

It is a psrkinggarage with a small gasstation.

it is 64x32. If i went bigger it would be more realistic, but then it would not me a good size for modular.

It has 4 levels:

0: 3 privet parkingspaces

1,2 and 3: 7 public parkingspaces each

so there is room for 24 cars

each spot is 12x6 excluding the white lines.

The ramps are 7 wide, so a 6 wide car has some room left.

(btw: I stole the octan logo from the internet. so that is not my creation)

Original concept and cleverly executed; I like! Its particularly good that you've gone for the ramp, rather than the space-saving car elevator (realistically, where has these!?)

If I could make one recommendation i'd orientate the car park differently; so that the modular is 64 wide and 32 back. This would allow it to fit in with other street scenes.

Nice work!

thanks.. but it is a corner piece, so it will fit in ;)

And my first concept had the entrance on the same side as the gasstation, but that makes the layout of the upper decks verry weird and difficult

Japan has both vehicular elevators in multi-level garages and even odder, vertically oriented garages where you put your car in, and it goes up and down on a conveyor belt type arrangement. Very small footprint, and from what I saw, typically held about 20 cars in about 4 stories up and one down.

Google "Japanese vertical parking system" for several different types. :)

...and no, I never trusted my car in one of those crazy things when I lived there.

Nice.

I plan to make a parking garage with ramps some day. Indeed large size is required for that.

For a previous contest I made one in 32x32 but I had to use an elevator due to that small size.
