Hey. Might not be right place but worth trying. Got Lego 60051 for my son. Assembled without problems but can't get the remote control to work. Got all lights on but it won't move. Not sure what I've done wrong.

Train related queries should go in the 'Train Tech' forum. In fact, there are parts of the forum for every type of query.

I'm trying to figure out how to do my signature. Could someone point me in the right direction?

If you mean create your avatar image, putting images on this site can be tricky! For beginners information, I would suggest following the guidelines and links in the Welcome New Member page in this part of the forum, or the site guidelines (yes, it took me a while to figure it out).

Personally, I 'deeplink' all my images from my Brickshelf account, though I had no success with this until I switched from browsing in Internet Explorer to Google Chrome. My avatar image is also from my Brickshelf account. It was inserted using 'Settings', then 'Change Picture.' I 'deeplinked' the image using the image's URL.

I am no expert, having only been here about a month, but I hope this post helps.

Am I missing something??

When go to Private Messenger it says I don't have permission to use. With a link to contact Admin, which nothing happens when clicked....

You need 10 posts before you can use the PM system. This is a measure to make EB less attractive to spammers.

Hello.

I am now practicing my posting skills.

I have now practiced my posting skills.

Have a nice day.

And I have now practiced quoting myself.

Oh yeah.

Oops. It added to my original post.

I failed at quoting.

I beg for mercy.

I am now attempting to quote someone else.

BrickBuilder7622 happens to be my target.

And...Quote!

Drat. It didn't work.

I shall try to quote once more.

then I shall admit temporary defeat.

Quote?

Nope, no quote.

I think I got it...

Invision and IE do not get on, well known problem across all kinds of forums that use Invision software. Compatibility Mode can clear up some problems with using IE if you have to use IE (because there are so many vastly superior browsers out there...).

Hi there :)

Sorry for posting here, maybe isn't right (didn't find where to ask some question and I'm afraid of one moment that it is not good for new members to start posting everywhere), but I have a question for moderators — can I post some of my reviews somewhere on the forum?

Is it possible to host pictures on my own hosting (my own language reviews use them, I can post perfectly prepared pictures for reviews there, the connection is pretty reliable)?

Can I mix in one review pictures, videos, gifs (maybe, they aren't good for using in reviews), flash embedded things (I know that they are not convenient for some user experience, but I can make such things as this one — turnable objects and make them only as links if so).

So I have my LEGO-themed Youtube channel about stop-motion set building so I want to integrate those videos in text-photo reviews.

There's my review example on LEGO fans Russian forum, so you can judge me for overall quality (but not for the text quality, I think, but you can try google translate ;)

I want to make some MOCs in near future too. Nowadays my MOCs aren't good enough to make them visible for the audience and I haven't got many of them for now :)

So thank you in advance!
