Lady Purpearl, the effects of our silver tonged friend's songs only last while he sings them. And it would be better to remain lucky than to give this thing a second chance to strike back, especially if it is lucky itself this round. I do not think is chant is as exhausting as it seems at first. if it is ok with the others, you could probably auto roll until an angel appears, special damage rolls 5 or 6 happen or it dies. Quote

I'm on mobile, so no quotes... I was beginning to think that the bleeding/immune thing was Narrative Causality, especially when no one would answer my questions. As Matthias is about to reply to the animals, he hears Berthadhiell say something about a detour. "Were this the King's Road," he says to the animals, "we might not need to protect the roads. But there is no king in Uland... in any case, it looks as though Lady Purpearl intends to clear this evil." Turning to Berthadhiell, the ranger says quietly, "I agree; whatever evil made that thing should be removed. But remember, we are still on a timeline." Quote
