Ashnflash Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 NOOOOOOOOOO its sooo far away. BUT THAT PICTURE!!! Quote
8BrickMario Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 Great to know a date at last! But now every time I see Cheetah I get mad, since she's not in the upcoming sets. Quote
-SD- Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 GAME have this down for UK release on November 14th. Pre-ordering gets you a Plastic Man minifig. Quote
Numbuh1Nerd Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 Great to know a date at last! But now every time I see Cheetah I get mad, since she's not in the upcoming sets. Same. We somehow have 2 Flash rogues but not a single bad guy for Wonder Woman, one of the big three? I think what's most frustrating is the fact that she's composed entirely of pre-existing molds, so it's really possible for her to be made for real. Then we're getting the Invisible Jet, meaning Wonder Woman's one shot at a solo set has been shot and unless we get her just to complete the Legion of Doom like we are with the Justice League, she'll never really make sense in a set. It just kinda sucks. (This is pretty off topic. Don't make a tangent out of this here please) Quote
DuckBricks Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 I have a question about the pre order... I had earlier pre ordered the Lego Movie game at GameStop and when I showed up they said that a.) my version of the game I had pre ordered did not exist (it does exist, I got it on Steam later) and b.) they never got enough minifigs for the amount of pre orders anyway... I asked Gamestop abt the Batman 3 pre order earlier this week and they said that they never get enough Minifigs for the amount of pre orders for any Lego game and it's kinda like a first come first serve basis... Is this true? Quote
strangely Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 Pretty much. I've never had a problem there, but I suspect that's because I usually go early. At my Gamestop they don't actually give you the minifig unless you ask for it. Quote

Is this true? I think the store pre-orders are more hit and miss. I've only ordered online pre-orders from Gamestop since I really don't want to enter an actual Gamestop, but I've heard stories like yours where no figures coming with the game, and then I've also heard of people going to Gamestop for their games and coming out with two, three, four or more figures--they just asked the workers and were handed them in bulk. Something similar to this happened to me (If I remember right, it was a while ago). I had preordered LB2; and I think my mom also preordered it for me as a gift (Not knowing I did the same, obviously)--mine didn't come with the Lex Luthor and her's did; so I just returned mine. Too bad this preorder is not from Walmart; since they wisely packaged the game and figure together, which just fixed this whole problem. Either way, I myself am really hesitant to preorder LB3 without Gamestop actually showing that they are giving out Plastic Men. They've not shown anything about it online whatsoever; but they just updated the cover photo and release date. It doesn't help that Lego/TT keeps posting on Facebook about the preorders rewards. Worst case would just be buying the fig on the aftermarket. Quote

I did ask about it and they mentioned that they are getting Plastic Man, but I'm not sure what other alternative I have as the nearest Walmart is an hour and a half drive away... Quote
TheLegoExperience Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 Yeah... I did ask about it and they mentioned that they are getting Plastic Man, but I'm not sure what other alternative I have as the nearest Walmart is an hour and a half drive away... Plastic Man is a Game Stop exclusive anyway. Quote
Ashnflash Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 I've asked them for every game since its not on the website in Canada and they just say they know nothing until LEGO tells them but LEGO is telling them on facebook Quote

There is a sign there that says if you preorder the game you get the plastic man exclusive figure Quote
TheStrategist Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 Has anybody found a PC version of the game listed anywhere? I read on one article that the game would be available on ALL platforms including PC, but it isn't listed on gamestop (I want a plastic man!), or any other retailer. Quote
Amazing Bricks Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 Here's a picture of Black Adam: Quote
Ashnflash Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 He looks the same as Shazam just angry. I think he should be darker like he was in the other game! Quote
Captain Nemo Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 Meh. He seems far more boring than the classic one from last game. I've got to say, I'm not a fan of some of these character designs. Quote
Rinzler Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 Quick question: Will the game have free roam? If yes, then where? Quote
8BrickMario Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 It will have sub-areas, including the Watchtower, The Hall of Justice, the Legion of Doom, the Lantern Worlds, and the Batcave. Every game after Batman 2 has included an open world. Quote
Ashnflash Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Well its based of New 52 so I won't be thrilled with most of the character designs. Quote
Numbuh1Nerd Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 I think the only three characters I hope we don't get in New 52 form are Raven, Starfire, and Kid Flash. Raven looks kinda really dumb with that weird helmet mask thing, Starfire just sucks in general in the New 52, and Kid Flash's new costume is weird. Something about the silver costume just doesn't sit well with me. Plus his new origin is generic and dumb and not nearly as interesting as the original one. Other than them, I really don't mind whether they use the classic or New 52 versions. Quote
Sam892 Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Black Adam looks pretty cool, I just reread Geoff Johns' new 52 SHAZAM reboot last night. Hopefully Mary Marvel and King ShAZAM are playable characters aswell as that would be pretty awesome. Quote
Cy_Bored1337 Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 (edited) LEGOBatmanGame's twitter posted a season pass including 6 DLC Packs. Some of the including The Dark Knight,Man of Steel and Batman 75th Anniversary. For more information or proof go to LEGOBatmanGame's Twitter. I also forgot that the DLCs will have 40 Characters so 150 + 40 = 190 Characters my oh my. Pictures! Edited September 9, 2014 by Cy_Bored1337 Quote
