Can't paste into new thread creation form

I trying to make my first MOC thread in Sci-Fi but when I try to paste the link from a picture at Flickr, following the guide from "How to upload from Flickr to EB.

Actuary all copy paste into EB seems not showing up. If I paste into notepad all shows up as normal.

This could have something to do with the browser you're using. Most notably, there seem to be various issues with Internet Explorer.

I think I got it to work but it is not ideal solution. I turned the personal security in IE 11 to off. Slider to the bottom. But I going to turn it back to find where it fails.
