The vegetation taking over the streets just screams Life After People, except here, the population is certainly more than 0. The frozen portion must be a window into the Day After Tomorrow. Whoever lived in one of those broken apartments was no doubt a Star Wars fan. The Doctor paying a visit is Win. The Brooklyn Bridge is now the Broken Bridge.
