parda Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 This is totally awesome. Perfect recreation of the lines. Quote
barman Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 I just saw the video and head over here to react. OMG this is a beautiful model of the iconic Stingray. The body looks excellent and all the details are great. I really like the pop-up headlamps, nice construction flipping them up and at the same time lighting them. The roof panels are just that extra touch. I had a quick look though the instructions. The back suspension is interesting. Again a great design and an absolute amazingTechnic model of a Stingray!!! Well done! Quote
jantjeuh Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 (edited) I've made a PDF out of the excellent photo instructions, you can download the PDF here. Edited July 9, 2014 by jantjeuh Quote
legolijntje Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 It's just amazing how you were able to get the curve and shape of the real car so perfect in a medium sized technic car. My jaw dropped when I saw the images. Wonderful Quote
Krize Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 WOW! Absolutely great! Superb lines! Clearly, you're gifted! This Vette is a must build. *now gathering all the necessary parts* Thanks a lot for spending time on making instructions. Highly Appreciated! Quote
Meatman Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 Perhaps, but they're cheap anyway. I was thinking more so of being a pain to tear the model apart to replace them. Quote
Rishab N Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 Great model. I really like the lights mechanism and how they close when they go down Quote
Blakbird Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 Madoca, it always costs me a lot of money when you make a new MOC because they are all so excellent that I have to build them. You have certainly done it again! This is a great looking Vette, and it performs really well too. Quote
jantjeuh Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 I'm so glad you live in the USA and not Europe, Blakbird Quote
D3K Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 To make something this good looking, in this scale! Wow! Mind blown! Even better than your last red car! Quote
MrTekneex Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 Another great MOC. Madoca, you are really a master! Quote
Paul Boratko Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 Everything about this model is right on par with what you would see come from from an official Lego designer.. There are only a few people on this planet that could produce something like this... You have my complete respect.. I could never build anything like this... Quote
jantjeuh Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 (edited) Yeah, I've said it before, the Lego design team should invite Madoca around for a cup of coffee. His creations are simply a level above the rest. Edited July 9, 2014 by jantjeuh Quote
Osuharding1 Posted July 10, 2014 Posted July 10, 2014 Another EPIC Madoca model I am going to have to build... those pesky #3 red connectors though... Quote
