scottwb2010 Posted December 24, 2014 Posted December 24, 2014 Great to here that the "Diving" theme is getting an updated release. I'm sure someone posted when the "Arctic" theme was getting an updated release this year, that it would be good for the "diver" theme to get a new release also. Quote

Astar Posted December 25, 2014 Posted December 25, 2014 I am really curious about the Metro MDP... could this mean a subway station? Quote
lightningtiger Posted December 25, 2014 Posted December 25, 2014 (edited) At least it's called City Explore.......well, my wallet is safe mid year then again. Though we have an issue city is becoming a cross-over theme with space and action themes......that above builders, fire fighters and cops of course which can be considered action. Maybe Lego realised that a space craft doesn't live in a real life city, but does in the real world. If Explore is the new subtheme then hope for safari sets might come true for some. Time will tell, but those last two before the advent calendar.........hmm, Metro MDP.....? I hope it's a building of some kind and a high price on 'Special Edition'......dam, store exclusive....maybe they tie in together......please more city style buildings. Roebuck Posted December 25, 2014 Posted December 25, 2014 Hopefully some new moulded sea animals Quote
danimarroquin Posted December 25, 2014 Posted December 25, 2014 More helicopters !!!!! The market it's flooded with them , what happend to the planes ? The real world it's full of planes , and not helicopter . Quote
Klaus-Dieter Posted December 25, 2014 Posted December 25, 2014 Thank you very much for this news, The Cobra and just2good! To the summer wave: Negative: I have reckonded with harbor sets and have hoped for a sailing boat and a (car) ferry, perhaps even a waterplane harbor. But my hopes are now cancelled. Plus I for sure won't have got the possibility to get the Space sets because money to buy and space to store sets is limited. Positive: The "Town Square" and "Metro MDP" sets sound promising - hopefully these will be civilian sets. And let's hope that the "Town Square" isn't a copy of the set with the same name from 2013. And if the Metro MDP was a kind of elevated train, this would be brilliant and since long be overdue. Plus the Underwater Exploration theme could be interesting if the "buildings" would - in opposite to the 2014 Polar Expedition sets - have a decent interior and the vessel would be a research ship with a crane letting down a submarine and a cage where a diver can be dropped to the ground. Let's hope that there will be as many underwater animals as in the underwater exploration theme from 1997. I'm looking forward to prelim pictures! But it seems as if this year we have to wait much longer. Klaus-Dieter Quote
