KringlesBricks Posted December 27, 2014 Posted December 27, 2014 Tempting to get just for those Dark Tan plates and the green plate...and those windows. But, a bit pricey at $90. Quote
paul_delahaye Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 I too really hope they keep the scale as per the mixer, and the same principal of the set can be motorised, and it folds down onto vehicles, maybe even keep the colour scheme of the trucks the same like a real fairground would Quote

The point of a fairground to me is to be full of lights and colors of every type. Quote
TheLazyChicken Posted December 28, 2014 Posted December 28, 2014 This is wonderful news! I was dreaming of a ferris wheel. I wonder if it folds onto a truck like the mixer did. Together with the WV carousel that's enough to create a fun fair. Bumper cars would make it perfect. Maybe 2016? They are making JokerLand, and there is a polybag on ToysRus of a bumper car with the Joker. But a Ferris wheel... Quote
Boettner Builds Posted December 30, 2014 Posted December 30, 2014 (edited) My local TRU has a BUNCH of 2015 sets already out, so I might have bought some (http://shop.lego.com...Listing=listing http://shop.lego.com...Listing=listing http://shop.lego.com...Listing=listing - The "Park Ranger" hats are the dark tan, as opposed to the light tan of the Forest Police. - The new crocodile / alligator mold is FANTASTIC! You can fit a whole chicken leg in the mouth! - The walkie talkie is also a new mold. The best way to describe the difference is the new one is more crisp. - It seems as it is the same 3 crooks in all of the sets, just on different adventures. - The BIG helicopter is just beautiful! - The crooks new torso printing is fun. - They are some good little builds. TheLegoExperience Posted December 30, 2014 Posted December 30, 2014 A new cube has been revealed, and it comes with a scuba diver: http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=2013.1.20141001.6.WRjW4Q&id=43230289563&scm=1007.10115.2077.i43179435853&pvid=efbeb862-2aab-4799-91ac-e578cf581b96# I assume this will be out in the summer to go alongside the water-themed sets, Quote
Boettner Builds Posted December 30, 2014 Posted December 30, 2014 Divers!!! :) I can't wait for more pictures of the new diver sets!!! Quote
lightningtiger Posted December 30, 2014 Posted December 30, 2014 Well....... looks like our first peek at a City Expore minifig eh ? Though I would feel it better if they went back and did it as Discovery Channel sets for space theme a few years back. Quote
Robert8 Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 (edited) Great minifigure but I don't like the short sleeves on this one! Edited December 31, 2014 by Robert8 Quote
TheLazyChicken Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 Great minifigure but I don't like the short sleeves on this one! I agree. I hope that the short sleeves is only for this exclusive minifigure. Quote
lightningtiger Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 Actually I prefer a torso with short sleeves.....I feel it is more realistic. Quote
Boettner Builds Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 Short sleeves, long sleeves? So easy to change! :) The torso printing is very nice!!! Quote
Robert8 Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 Short sleeves, long sleeves? So easy to change! :) The torso printing is very nice!!! It'd be nice if they include both in the set, so you could change them Quote
lightningtiger Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 (edited) It'd be nice if they include both in the set, so you could change them That would cost too much to include two torsos per minifig in any set. Edited December 31, 2014 by lightningtiger Quote
Robert8 Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 That would cost too much to include two torsos per minifig in any set. I was thinking on an extra couple of arms, but I know it's unlikely since we are not supposed to take them apart from the torso. Quote

You could always do your own scene from the Discovery Channel's "Gold Divers" series ! Lol Quote
lightningtiger Posted December 31, 2014 Posted December 31, 2014 You could always do your own scene from the Discovery Channel's "Gold Divers" series ! Lol Yeah, but a license means one thing.......more cost ! I'm interested in this new subtheme just to see how it's going to effect the city range in general, are we only going to get half the number of normal city set and the other half as expore sets ? just2good Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 (edited) So, in this new 2015 promotional video, it opens with a diving boat: That has to be from one of the Summer 2015 sets... it even has stickers and a diving cage! Edited January 1, 2015 by just2good Quote

Ondra Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 (edited) They are only meant to blow the bloody doors off. I think same for long times, guns are bad their main purpose is killing people.Explosives are for blowing up doors vaults now also police cars and sometimes is collateral damage dead or wounded officer (off screen for sure) so it is OK.TLC logic in finest form!
