Well, the descriptions I've read say NO crane.......but a breakdown truck or van with a garage......hmm, also the buildings are only 8 stud deep.....ah, old school town style !

All we have to do now is wait for those videos or photos to pop up next week and the few weeks after that to judge City Square plus the new sub-theme-sub-theme's.

We will see pictures in a few days. Nuremberg is January 27th and allows photos.

Yeah, we all know that and so does Lego......man, they are cruel making us wait !

I still think that the heavy haul train will make it's first appearance at Lego World.

The tram in City Square didn't have any track that I could see. The boat up above doesn't look like the one in the set as far as I recall - I seem to remember it being a darker blue (navy, almost), though the general shape seems similar.

The divers sets do indeed include terrain - one even had some kind of mini shark/whale skeleton protruding from a rocky structure (I think!).

All in all, the divers sets excited me the most - they looked great. City Square looked interesting but it was hard to get a handle on what exactly was included as everything was displayed so close together.

Thanks for the info 'The Kid', so no track for the tram......that's okay the last tram didn't have any track either though I would say everything all together would be what you get in the set.

Could you clear up what buildings and vehicles look like appearing in that set, thanks ?

When I said everything was close together, I meant all sets were displayed next to each other, so some components may have been in other sets.

I do remember: a small, one-story LEGO Store with another, larger building joined to it, a yellow LEGO delivery van, an orange/black tram and tram stop, and a coffee stand (a small kiosk with a roof, pretty nifty). Brickset also noted a garage which may have been the larger building.

There was no police station to my recollection... sorry guys, nothing particularly new to add but the coffee kiosk was pretty awesome.

Thanks for the additional info! This is probably a dumb question these days but ... were there any road baseplates in this set? I'm guessing not since Lego seems to have mostly abandoned baseplates.

I doubt road plates would be included since there is no track for the tram.

Another Lego delivery van.......pity it's not a Toll Ipec because that's what deliver all Lego to stores in Oz !

The larger building would be a garage with a roller door ? (but wait the buildings are only 8 stud deep I read the other day ?)

Nürnberg. It's a city in Bavaria, Germany. Just in case someone Googles "Nuremberg" and doesn't find anything.

Awesome!

This divers line sounds like a wallet-killer... :distressed:

Did you see new animal moulds?

Oh god ! My poor credit card .

Still , no gas station yet ! How long has it being since they doesn't produce a gas station ??

Why they have produce one ?

There is a garage which could have fuel pumps making it a service station......we need those pictures Lego, but yes......we need to wait still. (I think I'm not the only one counting the days down to the other toy fairs/events)

Oh, they'd still find a lot - and the correct thing, too - since "Nuremberg" is simply the English name of Nürnberg. :classic: Like "Munich" is for München, for instance.

Unless one is using google.de, one will find plenty, since Nuremberg is the correct spelling in the English language.

Okay, so we chatting about a name of city or about city sets for this year ?

Actually back on topic and City Square........there is only two buildings is there ? So it's like Town Square but instead of a bus & crane......we get a tram ?

Like I written over the last few days.......we'll just have to wait and see right ?

It sounds exactly like the set we got a few years ago with the blue tram, just more buildings than traffic this time.

Yeah, I just hope the structures are better than what came in that TRU exclusive set all those years ago.

I wonder if the breakdown vehicle or garage will come with those new flat silver hand tools that come in Mia's electric sports car ?

Again, I must even remind myself......wait and you will be rewarded in the end.....right ?

The new tram looks substantially different to that one. Not quite as tall, with (as far as I recall) two long carriages instead of the central, smaller carriage. The windows were also smaller.

My main view of it was from above at one end, though, so I didn't get a good look at the sides...
