Ignore my stats change, Lind is waiting until the end of the battle to change them. The last thing we need is to have a bunch of specials rolled and for us all to be K'Od one way or another*.

Lind does nothing.

*Yes, I know we have a lot of methods of preventing that. The little switch in my head just flipped over from "it's all fun" to "we've spent almost three months on a quest that in-game is supposed to only last a single night."

This battle will most likely take at least 2 rounds to complete. Continue with the action unless Kinto just says my plan is out of whack with the rules. You aren't doing anything anyway as a player, so you have no rolls involved.

It is out of whack with the rules, though, I wouldn't allow it in the Fields and I doubt any other QM would allow it in their Quests either. Heroes aren't allowed to equip/de-equip other Heroes' items, and for very good reason. :sceptic: Just wait--we've had plenty of practice with it, after all. :sceptic:

I'm still vulnerable to Free Hits.

Just out of curiosity, since we're on the topic, if Guts hadn't been able to auto-revive, would that mean I couldn't have taken a Phoenix Essence off of him in case the party needed a revive?

But I am giving permission for Lind to do it. Figured it would work from a role play stand point using item trading and artefact equipping rules and precedents from other quests.

How? You're at the bottom of the order against two enemies that are both targeted.

He's assuming we're all going to get KO'd, which I should point out is an entirely reasonable assumption to make; always assume that the Round will go to hell, and prepare accordingly. :thumbup:

Just as a side note, if we end up killing Alfendi, Lind is going to search him for Alfendi Lupine's Blank Calling Cards - (RPing item, Shows that the bearing hero helped kill Alfendi Lupine*.)

*The idea being, that Lupine's never left a blank calling card behind - they've always had a message as to what he's going to steal. Ergo, the only way you could get a blank card...you get the idea.

An odd question, but if both players agree to that, then why not?

Not trying to cause issues here, but I thought we already agreed that we were going to wait until the battle was over before Lind changed medals...

But, if Flipz changes it, then Lind changes medals, otherwise Lind still does nothing and the round is rolled like Flipz said.

I NEVER agreed NOT to switch the medals. You aren't doing ANYTHING except standing there and changing the medals out WILL HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO EFFECT on the battle or actions the active PCs are taking.

Please change out the medals. You already agreed to it before all the fuss.

For the sake of ending this pointless argument: Lind retroactively removed the Medal of Glory on a previous Round of doing nothing, and this one he and Hoke waste their turns trading. :hmpf:

Swap Arthur and Alex in the Battle Order, so Arthur can get 4 rolls against Miss Fortune (since Alex is going first, he's definitely using the Unlucky Horseshoe).
