There seems to be a widespread issue with uploading pictures to flickr at the minute. It's been going on for at least a few hours. It might be fixed by the time most of you start posting, but if it's still an issue later, please just make your post as best as you can and let us know that some/all pictures are missing. We'll wait until you're able to upload them before judging.
