Well that special was pretty average. I'm betting we'll see an exclusive minifigure when it goes to video though. Bat-mite would be great, but that would require a new mold. I'm hoping for a Lois Lane, as a comic version is definitely needed. And I feel like the next wave of sets is lacking in the supporting character category.

The two most likely from the TV special would be Lois or Alfred. Apart from them and Batmite there were no 'new figures' that we aren't already getting.

That's more or less what I was thinking. Though I'm not entirely sure about Alfred, it seems like they should save him for a Wayne manor type set or something big rather than a one off exclusive.

Wow, that's a really complex mold. I do wish that a head could fit inside, but wow....

If the top part were off, you could stick a head in that. Too bad they didn't make it so a head could fit in, it would have been rather simple to do. On the bright side, at least the helmet turns (the top anyway).

Really nice mold for Manta's helmet. I also absolutely love everything about the GL fig. First day purchase for sure!

You may be able to put a head on the figure if you remove the top section of the helmet actually (So he's got a neck brace kinda), which is equally good. I don't see any other reason to make the mold that way. It would be less complex if they didn't want a minifigure head to be on the body; not more.

Never mind. :cry_sad:

Either way I think he looks great! Cannot wait to get him--and Captain Cold (Tonight's Flash episodes just makes me want him more!).

When will theses sets come to stores? December this year?

Mid to late December is when they've started popping up in past years. Earliest I'd say is very end of November to semi-coincide with the games release.

Trust me, I'm just as anxious as you.

The suspense is killing me :D. I am Canadian though, will these sets come at around those times here too?

Not entirely sure. I'd guess so. Only times I know that waves are differentiated in their releases in a large time gap is between Europe and USA (I know Star Wars, Chima, and Ninjago summer waves all come out in Europe first).

Wentworth Miller was amazing as Captain Cold; I cannot wait for his return.
