Mr_KnowItAll_JD23 Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 I'll let you know in a few months when we know. Thank you so much. All these rumours confuse me. I don't know whether they are true or not so I don't know whether to be excited or not. Thank you! Quote
Catanas Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 For those speculating about why Hawkman instead of Hawkgirl, you can throw this into the potential reason mix aswell. Along with Flash, this month is his 75th anniversary. (Though they don't really seem to want to make too much of a fuss about him! And it's probably part of the reason we got another Flash so soon) Still love that cover! Quote

Basically, take everything with a grain of salt unless you see pictures or a VERY reliable source (just2good) reporting it. Edit: And by pictures, I mean pictures of preliminary or offical lego products, not homemade builds. Edited January 6, 2015 by psqidexslizer248 Quote

Just making that clear. Hopefully you'll be able to get us awesome details like you did for all of these current sets! Thank you so much for those pics by the way! Good point, misread there. But even then, LEGO doesn't really release official pictures at the Toy Fairs for every single set. I dunno, I'm iffy. They did show off the Milano last year with official pictures, and had a catalog of preliminaries that was only used for people touring the Toy Fair last year., though. Quote

Ashnflash Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 What I'm thinking is that LEGO is trying to make figures based on the New 52 comics. They have already made the Justice League and I guess that they are now going for another Justice League: the JL of America (http://media.dcenter...JL_12_32_33.jpg ). This League includes Martian Manhunter, Green Arrow, and Hawkman. Obviously the JLA has some obscure characters like Star-Girl, Katana, and Vibe, but it's just something I've been thinking. Ya when I was looking at all the new characters I had just been going through my comic collection and saw that picture and then I quickly ran over to the new figures and was like "WOAH" never even noticed it before! Ezekiel2517 Posted January 6, 2015 Author Posted January 6, 2015 (edited) Oh , whoever mentioned Justice League United, thank you. That actually makes more sense than JL America. I honestly can't see us getting Stargirl or Vibe for quite a while. I think it's much more likely that we will get characters like SHAZAM and sidekicks like Kid Flash. No one outside of the comics really has clue who Vibe or Stargirl are, but the sidekicks have been getting a lot of exposure in the last few years. Young Justice and Teen Titans go have really pushed those characters forward. Quote
Steph 104th Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 Yeah, I dont believe our JLA collections will be completed soon, teen titans members are more likely. Quote
Mr_KnowItAll_JD23 Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 This may be a little off topic but recently I found out about Bricklink and Brickforge. Is there any other good websites for Lego like these ones? Quote

jtslimshady Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 Hey I just thought, what if the Jokerland set is based on batman '66? That means it would come with the batmobile which might justify the high price tag. Quote

Just so people can see, Justice League United picture: http://media.insidep...irl-Ultra-3.jpg An Adam Strange mini would be great but I'm not holding my breath for one. DC has a large range of characters they can release for Lego to make since they own the full rights to all their characters and won't get into issues like Disney/Marvel and Fox. I would think releasing at least one or two well known characters per large set would free up the remaining minifig slots for lesser known characters and still be approved by the powers that be at DC and Lego. Dr Leg O Brick Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 (edited) Perhaps, based on the fact that two sets are listed on Brickset, the Batboat set comes with Deathstroke, Batman, Robin/Nightwing, and Beast Boy and Starfire that have been rumoured? The fact we've had Super Boy and Cyborg this year tends to lend credit to the idea of more Titans. I've been away for awhile, so excuse my ignorance, but how exactly are Super Boy and Lightning Lad available? And moreover, are they/will they be available in the UK? Rinzler Posted January 6, 2015 Posted January 6, 2015 Superboy and Lightning Lad are available in mini fig collector cubes, I have no idea when they'll be released in the uk, does anybody else know? That was only for Superboy but correct me if I'm wrong but we don't know what Lightning Lad is coming with. Quote
