Oh no. I thought there were gonna be three sets, not two. That just ruined all my chances of assembling the Teen Titans, but maybe I'll pickup the Batboat set.

We have an array of Batman villains, and we get ones we've already gotten in sets? Hopefully, they'll at least look different. And I wonder how this new Robin will look?

Concerning builds, Jokerland sounds fun since I missed on the Funhouse, so not complaining there. Also, what type of water-based set would you have with Deathstroke?

Yeah, kinda thought/hoped we'd get some new villains (especially after all the great new characters we got this winter), oh well. I'm guessing the new Robin is Red Robin (a while back, someone said a Lego store employee told them the new Robin was very red).

76034 I'm guessing is just the Batboat and maybe a small jetski or dock/base for Deathstroke.

Looking forward only for batboat set because of Deathstroke, but if his figure will come without helmet - I pass.

As for Joker set - all villains was before and Beast boy with Starfire not interesting for me, especially for 89.99.

Prelim art for Deathstroke just had a printed head

Wait, there was prelim art for Deathstroke? Where did you find it? Could you post it here?

Edit: Just checked brickfanatics comments page again and saw the prelim art was at the Toy Fair, so I guess it's unavailable. Thanks for the info, anyway.

Ya I'm excited about that too! But its not like we need a third Batmobile not including the SDCC one

Just wait, we're bound to get a fourth one next year based on B>S.

The new sets sound pretty cool! Jokerland especially. The Batboat chase set sounds a little redundant, although I guess having Deathstroke will be pretty cool. I'd rather Jokerland have Catwoman than Poison Ivy, and Penguin is a little sudden since we already have a small Penguin set in production. A new Robin suit will be appreciated, though. The Keaton Batmobile might just replace my first wave Batmobile, but I'd prefer to keep a flock of various Batmobiles.

I appreciate that Lego tried to mirror the attractions of Jokerland to the villains, like Poison Ivy's vine tower ride and the Penguin's wheel of ducks. However, since we have both of those characters already (two of the Penguin, one in a recent and inexpensive set), I think some other villains would have been welcome. For example, Mad Hatter with a teacup ride, Deadshot/Sportsmaster with a shooting gallery, Music Meister with some sound brick thing, Roxy Rocket with a little rocket ship ride (something like the little rocket ship in the Hall of Justice in Lego Batman 3). The list of unused villains and related rides goes on and on. Still, it sounds like a great playset and I'm happy for the Teen Titans!

Since we're stuck with the Penguin, I hope he's got a blue hat and coat like in the Super Powers toyline (http://www.actionfig.../sp/figure.html). I have a fondness for the look.

I had no interest in Jokerland when I first heard about it and the villain roster is just as disappointing as I had feared, but the set actually sounds pretty good with the Tim Burton Batmobile, brick-built Joker head, and attractions themed for each villain, and since it includes half of the Teen Titans, it's pretty much a must-have. At least it sounds much better than the funhouse which always looked pretty crappy to me. I hope at least half of the figs are new variants, especially hoping for Harley's New 52 outfit!

Yes, it's surprising that Croc doesn't come with the Batboat, but I'm ok with that as I love the fact that this wave seems to have a Teen Titans theme and I much prefer getting Deathstroke. I'm sure we'll get Croc eventually, maybe with a Bathovercraft like last time.

Few bits of info to add to the BF report:

Jokerland Batman figure has boot printing, Harley preliminary art showed her regular version (not New 52), Ivy had Elizabeth Swan's hair (IIRC).

Harbour Chase is £29.99 as far as I recall.

I was kind of interested in joker land but I'm not now. More of the same bat villains? I really don't care if they're new variations or not just move on. The bat boat sounds boring too. Deathstroke is the only draw so far. It's strange though that Starfire and Beast Boy were reported to be in a small set with Deathstroke but now they're in Joker Land. They seem out of place..

Joker probably has striped pants printing (like Arkham City). Figures can change between preliminary art and final design, but I wouldn't count on new 52 Harley. Never liked Ivy's original hair, so hopefully this will look better.

Edit: Sorry, misread, thought you said Joker had leg printing. You wouldn't happen to know what builds were in the Deathstroke set would you? Also, was Batman new 52 version (like we've gotten with the winter sets)? Thanks for the info btw.

Looking like I'll just bricklink the titans and deathstroke. Rest are pretty much the same unfortunately :(. Hopefully the new robin print is red robin though.

As far as big DC sets go, I'm a bit partial to the original BatCave from 2006, love the 2012 Arkham Asylum... so am really excited about the JokerLand news. I'm also a big Robin fan, but like him a little more colorful than current incarnations. *More* red? Seriously? How much more "red" can it get? I'm also not too dissapointed about the "usual suspects" regarding the villan list and Tim Burton batman-era is my favorite so hearing about that Batmobile was exciting. Catwoman would have been nice, though. Wish the Joker was new... already have about 5-6 of those.

Hm, that's disappointing about Harley, although that could still change. It's nice to hear that Bats finally gets some boot printing after all this time though. Thanks for the info.

Agreed. What do you think are the chances that he might have his Killing Joke outfit?

Hopefully the boot printing on bats isn't like that of GL and Sinestro, though it probably will be. :sceptic: I'm also surprised that with all the Keaton Batmans we've gotten, it doesn't seem like we're getting one with the Keaton Batmobile.

It'll probably be the same suit he had in the steamroller set with the 2012 head and hair.

Yeah, that's why I really don't care for boot printing, Lego doesn't do it very well IMO. Too bad Lego doesn't do two tone legs. LOL , yeah doesn't seem quite right.

I'd also like to see a helmet, all the customs that don't have one don't look right to me.

A helmet on Deathstroke? He's always been a more or less full face stocking mask, save for Arrow and some very recent appearences. A helmet just would be too bulky on him as a minifig.

What if Joker, Penguin, and Poison Ivy are based on their appearances in the old Batman movies? We kinda already got that with Steamroller Joker, but if Poison Ivy has that hair, the only time she's had a similar haircut that I can place is in Batman and Robin. If not, I just hope Poison Ivy is some shade of green this time. That would be the best way to make a variant for her. Her New 52 look would be such a cop-out, too.

It's likely one of these designs, and both look pretty good with the helmet.

Oh lord I hope not. Given the sexual assault elements of that story I would assume that Lego would likely steer clear of it.

They put it in the first Lego Batman game. It's pretty innocent when you don't know the backstory; just a tropical shirt, a sun hat, and a camera.

I *think* Poison Ivy may have had green skin, but that could just be my brain filling in details where I'd like them to be.

Batman's boot printing was solid black on the prelim art stand. Sadly said art was 2D so I'm not sure if it wraps around the sides.

I don't think DC would let Lego base anything on "Batman and Robin".

I'm guessing the first, only without the leg printing and dark blue legs instead of orange. Like this:

That sounds interesting. I wonder what shade of green they'll use...

Do you know what builds were in the Deathstroke set btw?
