psqidexslizer248 Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 Wow thats a lot! Do we know it's classic robin? I think I'm stumped on who ivy could be besides maybe an arkham asylum version, because of the new hair. Sorry, yeah just assumed there. The hair definetly seems to be AA inspired, but I don't think the rest will be. Quote

jasonwyngard Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 Yeah, thats true, he's not Batman after all . Oh... I just realized that there's no mention of New 52 superman Quote
BatZack Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 I never thought my pun wood be per-seed-ved so poorly. Then again, it did ex-seed my expectations; so I guess I was moss more su-seed-ful then I thought. Edit: Ok, I'm done now. Edit: Nevermind. Did we just become best friends Okay guys these puns are fantastic, I feed on lame puns and I am using every one of these. They've grown on me. Anyone got any penguin puns while we are at at it, I hate them puns Quote
d-delay Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 So... leaked images from China have just appeared for the rumoured "monster themed" CMF14 - among the pics is a zombie cheerleader with pigtails that look decidedly like what I have come to expect new 52 Harley's hair to be. I could be wrong, I am no DC expert, but I think it gives a huge boost to the new 52 Harley hopes. http://tieba.baidu.com/p/3544398851 Also, check out that Cheetah ;) Quote
Super Goblin Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 That tiger head piece would be perfect for a 60's Catwoman. Quote
lightningtiger Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 That tiger head piece would be perfect for a 60's Catwoman. I totally agree......also for Wildcat among others.......and if Lego did Josie & The Pussycat's ? Quote
Ashnflash Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 Wow maybe there will be a tiny Juniors set with Wonderwoman and Cheetah (just spit balling) Quote

Also, really excited about that Cheetah, at least Wonder Woman will have someone to fight. Did we just become best friends Okay guys these puns are fantastic, I feed on lame puns and I am using every one of these. They've grown on me. Anyone got any penguin puns while we are at at it, I hate them puns Thanks. I'll see what I can do about making some finny ones for ya. Wow maybe there will be a tiny Juniors set with Wonderwoman and Cheetah (just spit balling) AND RAVEN!!!! :excited: But, no, there doesn't seem to be, this year at least. Maybe this is indication Cheetah is coming, like The series 14 Goblin hat indicated Green Goblin was coming and even possibly that Cheerleader Zombie indicated New 52 Harley was coming, but we'll have to see if that last one comes true. Catanas Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 (edited) The tail piece and hair could definitely work very well for Cheetah , even more so for Julie Catwoman as someone said before! Rest of that stuff looks pretty awesome though to be honest, and that headpiece is perfect for Harley. Also, stop calling her Cheetah. Cheetah's have spots. It's Cat-ism! 8BrickMario Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 (edited) Guys, look at the new Zombie Cheerleader CMF (such as on the Brickset frontpage). I'm positive her pigtails mean that we are getting New 52 Harley Quinn. EDIT: Too excited. I got ninja'd by everyone! Edited January 23, 2015 by 8BrickMario Quote
Sam892 Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 I assume that LEGO are saving New 52 SHAZAM and Superman plus Raven for next year. It makes sense really if you think about it. Quote
mattdev25 Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 (edited) That Cheetah is perfect for a Cheetah purist. And the pigtails is indeed a tease at N52 Harley, since the S13 Goblin hinted at classic Goblin, and we're getting him, so...yeah. Edited January 23, 2015 by mattdev25 Quote
strangely Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 Okay, they have to use that for Catwoman. Comparing it to the Julie Newmar Catwoman that new hairpiece is exactly the same. I'm guessing either Catwoman is in the Jokerland set and nobody spotted her (Which if the Green Goblin was forgotten by several people than this is possible) or perhaps there's an exclusive set or polybag coming at some point. I mean it's just too perfect to not be for her. Maybe a 66' set will show up next year (For the 50th anniversary). And that pigtail hairpiece has to be used for Harley. Either new 52 or an Arkham version. I'm hoping for the Arkham Knight version as I hate the new 52 version and dislike her design in the first two Arkham games. Quote
8BrickMario Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 I don't think there's any doubt at all. People cried "Green Goblin!" when the CMF Goblin hat was shown, now everyone's sure that a pigtailed (most likely New 52) Harley Quinn and '60s Catwoman will happen after we saw the Zombie Cheerleader and Tiger Girl. It's sort of funny that we're seeing pieces on characters, even though they were clearly designed with a specific licensed character in mind. Ususally we see them as creative reuses, not as creative previews! Quote
tafkatb Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 I think that might be a creative way to work around change budgets - creating a new piece in a line that has a lot of leeway for new molds so that it can be reused later without counting toward the limited number of allowable new parts. Quote

Agreed, we'll probably also see Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, Black Adam, and Amanda Waller. Now, if we get Killer Frost and Question too that would redefine awesome. Also, stop calling her Cheetah. Cheetah's have spots. It's Cat-ism! Well, I guess I am a cat-ist, or I am gonna be, because the only way I'm not getting her just to have a custom Cheetah is if they release an offical Cheetah before I get my hands on her Quote
TheLegoExperience Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 How can that not be for Harley Quinn and Catwoman? It's so perfect! Quote
8BrickMario Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 (edited) Exactly- that's why we think it is! The classic Green Goblin prediction turned out to be true, so I'm positive those pigtails will appear in the Jokerland set. EDIT: The Scooby-Doo Zombie is Spring Green-hands included, so we now know a green-skinned Poison Ivy is possible. Edited January 23, 2015 by 8BrickMario Quote
GuntherThePenguin Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 If we can get a classic Green Goblin in a Juniors set, I have confidence we can get a Cheetah in a small Juniors set, especially with this new tiger girl minifig in S14! Quote
Ezekiel2517 Posted January 23, 2015 Author Posted January 23, 2015 I don't know why people keep saying that that hairpiece is for Cheetah, she doesn't have big ears. She's basically a normal cheetah-skinned human...with a tail. That hairpiece is definitely for a 60's Catwoman. She goes with the 60's Batman and Robin. Quote
Super Goblin Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 I'm thinking the fly trap guys head piece would be great for a Poison Ivy goon or as part of the vegetation in the Jokerland set. Quote
jasonwyngard Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 When I first saw the pictures, the cheetah girl was the first one I noticed. but i do see how the hair of the zombie girl and hers can be used for the others. Hopefully we'll know for sure next Wednesday. Quote

This does seem more akin to '66 Catwoman, though. Is that Mad Scientist the first time we've gotten gloves molded onto the arms like that? (Y'know, opposite sleeves?) I'm thinking the fly trap guys head piece would be great for a Poison Ivy goon or as part of the vegetation in the Jokerland set. If they don't use that for Ivy, it'd be a wasted mold, imo. Unless they plan on making Lego Little Shop of Horrors, there's pretty much no other use. (I guess Scooby-Doo could though) Quote
