psqidexslizer248 Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 (edited) It looks like the Dimensions Superman uses the same face as the 2012 one, from what I can see anyway. So I guess that means no new prints for DC (PLEASE OH PLEASE BE SAVING THEM ALL FOR RAVEN ). Edited May 20, 2015 by psqidexslizer248 Quote

psqidexslizer248 Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 He has a new smile-y face. It looks like the same one he had in the Lex Luthor set to me, although the picture isn't really good enough to tell from. Quote
8BrickMario Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 No, it's a proud grin. not an angry/determined one. Dimensions Superman vs Old Superman Quote
Master_Data Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 The new Doc Brown hair mold would be great for a heath ledger joker. Who knows - LEGO has been promoting the Dark Knight trilogy for some reason as of late, so I wouldn't say you're too far off! No, it's a proud grin. not an angry/determined one. Dimensions Superman vs Old Superman Good to know. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me! Does Aquaman have a new face print as well? Quote

Good to know. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me! Does Aquaman have a new face print as well? I want to say he has the same face as before, and I think someone else said so on the previous page, so I might actually be right about this. Edited May 20, 2015 by psqidexslizer248 Quote
VictorFrenchFries Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Superman does have a new face but Aquaman does not. TheLegoDr Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 They are found all out for dimensions..I went be playing the game, but u can see these packs selling well. Quote
Amazing Bricks Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 I wish they gave us a new 52 superman, this would have been a perfect opportunity. But i like that they gave us a new face which is very useful. Quote

Robianco Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 The head on Aquaman looks like the same one we already have but that grin on Supes is new. Not sure it's worth £15 to buy just a new head though... Quote

Not sure it's worth £15 to buy just a new head though... Yeah, unless you're into the game, I wouldn't say so. Hopefully it'll find its way into a set sometime next year (preferably with a Superman with boots). Are you sure that head's not new? Unless the alternate face is different, it isn't. Numbuh1Nerd Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 (edited) Coulda swore... :( That face is just so perfect for Superman that I'd pay the whole 15 for it, even if it weren't for the in-game content. Plus, useful minifig parts are a nice buffer for that price. Edited May 21, 2015 by Numbuh1Nerd Quote
Blondie-Wan Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 As long as they're being just a wee bit generous with the LEGO Dimensions packs, offering up all these new molds and printed pieces, I'd like to think they'd print the "S" symbol on the back of the cape. I suspect that would elicit a few more sales of the Superman Fun Pack, even to people who already have one or more Superman minifigures and have no interest in the actual game. Quote

I've never really liked the S-shield being printed on the back of the cape like that. I don't know why, just personal preference I suppose. I'd still pick up the figure, though, especially for that. Like AzBat, I'd still buy it for the sake of the variation, despite not being crazy about the design itself. (Oh, who am I kidding? AzBat is the best kind of awful! I'd HAVE to get that!) Quote
Numbuh1Nerd Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 The Supergirl pilot leaked, and let's just say that you might wanna pick up that Brainiac set soon. We might have Green Lantern situation on our hands with this mess. Quote

The pilot was good, can't wait to see what else they have planned, both CBS and Lego Personally, I thought it was the second worst thing DC's ever put on the small screen (because hopefully nothing will ever beat out the absolute pure pile of crap that was Birds of Prey). There's been quite a lot of folks out there who agree with me, too, and very loudly. Even most of the positive reactions have been "Ehhhhhhhh it's ok" at best. Unless this show pulls it's crap together in a thousand different corners, I don't see it lasting much longer than a season at best. As vicious as the fanboys are, the critics are going to tear this show apart in 6 months. Quote

I doubt we'll be getting any Supergirl merchandise other than the figure we already got in the Braniac set. Quote

We still don't know what DC's new girl-friendly marketing initiative will entail, and Supergirl's a big point in that. One of the only 5 heroines they showed off in the only piece of art from it thus far. It's also peculiar that they went with a classic design over the New 52 version featured in Lego Batman 3 and the Justice League United variant. Quote

Legocity2713 Posted May 24, 2015 Posted May 24, 2015 (edited) Pretty good looking figure. The bright green mask and dark green hands and legs are somewhat off putting but still a cool figure. Great back printing too. Edited May 24, 2015 by Legocity2713 Quote
