8BrickMario Posted May 27, 2015 Posted May 27, 2015 (edited) I agree. It looks like a mess, not nearly sleek or coordinated enough to be a Bat-vehicle. The one-seater Arctic Batboat looks much better to me. But I need that new Robin, and of course I need Deathstroke, so I'll still get it. Edited May 27, 2015 by 8BrickMario Quote
Ultron Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 So there were some shots released from the Lego Justice League: Attack of the Legion of Doom and Cheetah is the only villain there we don't have which would lead one to believe we may get her soon... Quote

Hulk_Smash Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 She could be the DVD exclusive (assuming it's a DVD movie) Quote
Ultron Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 (edited) Is that a new movie? Yeah they actually just released a trailer today. She could be the DVD exclusive (assuming it's a DVD movie) She could be. But yes, it's a direct to dvd movie. Did we ever find out where the trickster minifig is going to be? He could be here Edited May 28, 2015 by Ultron Quote
Numbuh1Nerd Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 Trickster (voiced by Mark Hamill!!) is going to be in this movie! IGN confirmed it! Trickster's the minifig for that!!!!!!! SOURCE Quote

SOURCE How can they have Mark Hamill in this, but not have him voice the Joker too? John Dimaggio is my second favorite Joker ever though, so, at least they got him. Haven't seen the trailer yet, but, his movie might just be worth picking up (especially if it includes a physical Trickster figure). Quote
8BrickMario Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 Why on Earth is LEGO making these movies? Trickster is definitely the fig we're getting, since it looked like a DVD fig. Would've preferred Cheetah, though. Mark Hamill's official last Joker role was Batman: Arkham City, so they probably want to keep it that way. Quote

Yeah, Trickster seems the most likely canidate (never cared about Cheetah, anyway). Unless DC does an cartoon adaptation of the Killing Joke and cast Mark Hamill for the Joker. But, as long as he is doing the Trickster at least, I'm happy. Really wondering what his Sinestro will sound like (is he in the trailer?). Edited May 28, 2015 by psqidexslizer248 Quote
Rinzler Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 http://comicbook.com/2015/05/28/lego-justice-league-attack-of-the-legion-of-doom-trailer-release/ Here's the trailer We briefly see Hamil as Sinestro. No Trickster though Quote
SoupOrFishOil Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 We're still waiting for Bizarro, so I'm not going to hold my breath for Cheetah. It is peculiar that she is the only actual character who doesn't have a real minifigure though, so never say never.... The character designs for that movie are strange. Grodd, Sinestro, Luthor, Joker, Penguin, and Manta look right. Martian Manhunter is an official design, but it's the polybag one (maybe for New 52 synergy though). Flash has boots (!?), Batman briefly has an old design in the trailer, but the New 52 one with the old cowl and blue highlighting seems to be what he is supposed to have, and Wonder Woman has trunks instead of pants (and changes from silver to gold at one point). Superman uses his LB3 design, while Green Lantern, Cyborg, Deathstroke, and Captain Cold actually look like LB2. How can they have Mark Hamill in this, but not have him voice the Joker too? John Dimaggio is my second favorite Joker ever though, so, at least they got him. Haven't seen the trailer yet, but, his movie might just be worth picking up (especially if it includes a physical Trickster figure). Probably out of respect for Hamill's decision to retire his iteration of Joker. Quote
Hythonia Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 Ugh, disappointing that we still don't have a Cheetah. Wonder Woman needs some villains in Lego form. Quote
SMC Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 Its odd that Lego don't include the main figure we don't with the dvd like Bizarro and Cheetah. Quote

I am liking the two toned arms on Hal, and of course the boots for Flash. Its odd that Lego don't include the main figure we don't with the dvd like Bizarro and Cheetah. While, we technically don't know how big a role Cheetah and Trickster will be playing, so maybe Trickster has a larger role than Cheetah.f Seeing how we're getting a movie feautring the Legion of Doom, not to mention all the members we've seen in sets this, I really hope this is a sign that a Hall of Doom is on the way (including Toyman, Bizzaro, Grundy, Giganta, Lex Luthor, and of course Cheetah). SMC Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 ^ You could be right and it does not brother me this time anyway but I really wanted Bizzaro. Quote
8BrickMario Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 It's grown on me a lot. I really love the cab section. I think the yellow wheels shouldn't have been included since there are literally no other yellow accents on the vehicle, so they sort of ruin the darker look. I also love how the spring-missiles are hidden in the front engine. Quote
Krikkit Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 Yeah may need to buy some black wheels to replace them... I am running out of room from batmobiles... Quote
TheLegoDr Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 How is that different from the Two-Face chase set? I realize this has the missiles up front with the rounded area, but the rest of the shaping doesn't look THAT different to me...another reason for me to pass on the Jokerland set. Quote
cullmancreations Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 Will these sets be available in on June 1st with the Ant-Man one Quote
DarkKnight7 Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 (edited) I see that BrickShow has the Batboat set now up: EDIT: I tried to embed the darn video, but can't find how...link will have to do for now... Edited May 28, 2015 by DarkKnight7 Quote
adotnamedstud Posted May 29, 2015 Posted May 29, 2015 I like the Batboat set. Must be me. I don't see everyone's problem with it. It's a pretty nifty concept that they execute well. Quote
Mr_KnowItAll_JD23 Posted May 29, 2015 Posted May 29, 2015 Will these sets be available in on June 1st with the Ant-Man one I was wondering the same thing. Maybe I could get my hands on the DC sets earlier than I thought. I like the Batboat set. Must be me. I don't see everyone's problem with it. It's a pretty nifty concept that they execute well. I like it too. I'm glad that this Batboat has an extra cockpit. Quote
tafkatb Posted May 29, 2015 Posted May 29, 2015 Will these sets be available in on June 1st with the Ant-Man one June in Europe, August in North America. Quote
