Yeah, I would've loved to have seen the bounty hunters, or at least Lando or something along those lines. However, I feel that Fett with arm, leg, back, and CAPE printing makes up for that. I just hope that he gets a better face, one that actually LOOKS like him. I would love to see him have the 2012-2013 Stormie face, but with a white head sock instead of black.

How can we get a better face that looks more like Boba when we never saw his face in the films?

Does anyone else feel like LEGO kinda messed up Asajj's colouring in the Azure Angel set? I've been looking at the images of the set, and I feel like they should've made her torso grey like her arms. In the show, during her duel with Anakin, her sleeves rip off and her bare arms are exposed, but given the fact that the torso of this fig is white (same as her skin), it makes it practically impossible to create that sort of affect. Just a slight design flaw in an otherwise perfect set.

Saw it today when I went to pick up an Ewok village in the Leeds (UK) Lego store. Looked amazing, a definite purchase. I do feel a couple more minifigs would have helped however £169.99 was cheaper than I expected.

Saw it at the Liverpool store today... Bigger than I thought and had a chat with the staff member who built it and he spoke about how heavy and strong it is.

It look superb... Definite day one purchase for me.

I can get over the side foils not having their supports go 'into' the side canopies.

I'm surprised 4LOM wasn't included in the Slave I. Seems like a huge missed opportunity...

Nah the issues is as always new tooling. They don't typically put unique new tooling such as that needed for an exclusive character in D2C sets as the volume is normally to low to reasonably amortize the costs. I think the only true new pieces we have seen are the X Wing and Slave One canopies. (And they reused the X- Wing one for Benny). 4Lom and Zuckass each need unique heads. If they had put either in Slave One we would have also gotten them in another lower cost retail set. Whereas unique prints can easily be restricted to a UCS set.

I'm quietly hoping that TLG might do a special promo polybag on 1st Jan, that would make the full RRP more tolerable. I normally try to wait for some sort of discount, but I've almost convinced myself this to get this one as soon as it's available.

Has there even been any news about the summer wave? I don't recall hearing anything about it, and my guess is that they'll keep things under even tighter wraps due to the possibility of there being Force Awakens sets. Thats just a guess.

To be honest I really can't see us getting an UCS Millennium Falcon. I really do believe we are going to get an UCS Cloud City next year though.

I've heard rumors of a new Falcon from LEGO Store Employees but I think it's just an inside joke really. We're probably going to see Cloud City as a UCS set or a collection of sets, I think it'll be the latter in my opinion. We may see a Y-Wing redo.. Maybe they'll start doing some smaller scale UCS sets like the Obi-Wan Starfighter of old because of all the other supposed UCS sets from this theme and others.

I would prefer for a Cloud City remake to be done in modular fashion like the Jabba sets recently. I would be really cool to get a set to go with the new Slave I in particular, like a landing pad or something. I am holding out for LEGO to drop a new UCS falcon with one of the new films. Apparently the original one didn't sell that well while it was being produced, but they are a real commodity now as everyone knows.

I am worried that a Cloud City set on the scale of the recent Endor play set wouldn't really do it justice. It depends how far ~2000-2500 pieces can go I suppose.

Well I don't think there will be a UCS falcon for the new movie. That would make no sense, as they will make more profit using the iconic vehicle for a system base set that childfans with a limited budget can buy. If they would have both sitting on the shelf at the same time... well that will be, not good for both their sales!

So I've been getting caught up with Rebels, and one thing that really irks me about the LEGO sets is the lack of a Bo-Rifle mold. It simply makes no sense to me that they haven't made a special mold for both Zeb and Kallus. I still haven't been able to come up with a satisfying version using existing parts, and its getting to me more than it should

Now that I'm all caught up with Rebels, I think I'm most excited for the TIE Advanced Prototype set and the Speeder Bikes set. Other than Kallus, they finish the collection of main heroes and villains from the show.
