JPN366 Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 Waiting in line, maybe 30 deep, not a bad line at all at my TRU. Quote
Yanthedestroyer Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 (edited) Just left TRU in Poughkeepsie, NY. Very limited stock. Only 2 Falcons, a few X Wings, Rey's Speeders and First Order Snow Speeders. Also, all the Action Figures were sold out before the doors officially opened. I also received a Kyle Ren poster,Lego brick and a place mat with all different TFA toys on it. Edited September 4, 2015 by Yanthedestroyer Quote
FR3NCH Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 Hello, I've been following this thread for more than 3 months but never posted...thanks for all the information. I just came back from the Naples, FL Toys R Us. They actually unboxed the Legos in front of people, after 15 minutes I had not seen Kylo Ren's shuttle or the FO transporter but most sets were grabbed as soon as the boxes were open. No one picked up any of the Anakins or Lukes buildable figures...but Darth Vader and Grievious were a big hit. Quote
benjiv1 Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 They handed the TFA brick out at the Door at my Toysrus midnight launch. Quote
ResIpsaLoquitur Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 Got my TFA brick as well, along with Rey's Speeder, the First Order Transport, and some Advent Calendars. Target has none of the ACs right now, but they didn't have City or Friends either...so maybe they'll have them out in October. Quote
Vodnik Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 US S@H sets are available. The same in Europe now. Quote
jhaelego Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 (edited) Had around 40 in line at my local TRU. Just stopped in for the commemorative brick. Picking up Kylo's shuttle and the falcon tomorrow at the Lego Store. Now to sleep... Edited September 4, 2015 by jhaelego Quote
Neomars Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 Here at my local Target. Bout 30 people also. At least here they're limiting it to 2 DCPIS per person. Quote
lowlead Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 Freezing my A$$ off in Reno...wasn't expecting to be cold in late summer in the desert. Some really good costumes here, though. Quote
CM4Sci Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 From Reddit: This looks like so much fun. Sucks that I'm missing it. Quote
BigPoppaBrick Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 Disappointed in the sets and the price points. Can't believe the Snowspeeder is £40. Think I'll get the temple of Airjitsu instead. Quote
NNOPMOC Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 After a quick look at UK online stores (which took ages to update - most not completing their updates until after 7am), everyone is following the TLG pricing format (i.e. TOO HIGH) . . . except for ASDA (owned in the UK by Walmart). ASDA TFA MF is £120 instead of £130 (in round figures), and all other sets are pennies to a couple of pounds cheaper than everywhere else. The only online store not to post new sets yet is Tesco (Sainsbury's online toy store is rubbish - only 2 SW sets listed). Disappointed in the sets and the price points. Can't believe the Snowspeeder is £40. Think I'll get the temple of Airjitsu instead. Snowspeeder is < £37 in ASDA. Quote
marksable Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 Also, I should not that here in the U.S., Amazon.com has all TFA Lego sets (as of this writing). I ordered Poe's X-Wing, the Transporter and Kylo's Shuttle (still thinking about the Tie...I've spent so much, there's only so much room in my apt. and...$70 seems expensive for a Tie Fighter). If you're a Prime member, you should get free 2 day shipping (and if you want to pay more next day shipping), so I should have my sets by Sunday. The fact Amazon has had the sets in stock for an hour has me hoping that the feared shortage won't be a problem. I'm in Los Angeles, and I hear there's 200 people in the Toys'R'Us line (in Los Feliz). Happy to wait a few days and not deal with the crowds, the potential of not getting anything and TRU's markup. My only disappointments were not being able to find a Hasbro Tie fighter or BB8 set, or the Sphero remote control BB8. If anyone sees them anywhere online for retail please let me know. Good luck to everyone...May The Force (Awakens) Be With You! (Now, if only we could get some details on that Echo Base...) Quote
Vodnik Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 (edited) The Yularen polybag promo does not work yet at the European S&H. I still only get the EPI poster and Ninjago polybag added to the "bag" (with MF in it, so well above the mininum limit for the Yularen polybag)... http://shop.lego.com/en-PL/SW-Admiral-Yularen-Excl-MF-5002947 Edited September 4, 2015 by Vodnik Quote
La Chupacabra Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 (edited) Also no Advent Calendar in European S@H. Qualifying purchase must be equal to or greater than 200 zł in Star Wars™ merchandise only. I have Slave I in Cart and no Admiral Yularen. Edited September 4, 2015 by La Chupacabra Quote
Vodnik Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 Also no Advent Calendar in European S@H. Yes, but easily available from several Allegro sellers :) Quote
benderisgreat Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 Just bought Millennium Falcon and First Order Transporter! Wasn't planning on buying Falcon, but when I saw it in person, couldnt resist. Can't wait to buil these sets! Quote
TheBrickHitHouse Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 Bought all 7... ...and a few of the buildable figures. They are Huge. Far, far too big - bit disappointed actually as the designs of most were great fusing lego with has to style action figures. Quote
markbrow10 Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 Just bought reys speeder for $35 au from my local big w store they had the entire range on display can't post pics to prove it though Quote
x105Black Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 I got myself a fancy LEGO 'brick' from Toys R Us. I'm looking forward to that C-3P0! Quote
