kevkipo Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 OK, I was in Toys R Us tonight and they gave me the Following: 76029 Iron Man vs Ultron (90 pieces) (£11.99) 76030 Hydra Avengers Showdown (220 pieces) (£19.99) 76031 The Hulkbuster Smash (248 pieces) (£29.99) 76032 Avengers Quinjet City Chase (722 pieces) (£59.99) 76038 Attack on Avengers Tower (511 pieces) (£49.99) But they are not in stock yet, so couldn't get them out for photos. They also said that this wave should be ready for the shelves for Boxing Day. (Not New Year) and if Amazon place them online early, we may even be able to pick these up on Monday. You do know pics are already out right? Quote
Ashnflash Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 (edited) Wait I though you couldn't see pictures? Thanks but you are wrong if you zoom in to the name of the figures it says Mark 43 Edited December 16, 2014 by MODOCTORDOOM Quote
Krikkit Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 on mobile device, I live like a klick from TRU, where I was posting from. Now home and using the links provided to Toyark! The Cinema Blend website the other day said the new suit was the XLIV ? Showed pictures of it let me see if I can dig them out. Quote

I'm all for the 'hype' of getting the sets, but having them on shelves and potentially on Amazon early it seems a bit odd? Quote

The image you posted is the Mk43 suit. Ok, in summary there are two variants of the Iron Man suit available. Mark XLV (45) and Mark XLIII (43), as such i believe Mark XLIV (44) is the Hulkbuster. 76029 Iron Man vs Ultron - 14.99 €(90 pièces - Iron Man MK45, Ultron Drone Officer, Ultron Drone x 2) 76030 Avengers Hydra Showdown - 19.99 €(220 pièces - Thor, Hawkeye, Hydra Agent) 76031 The HulkBuster Rescue Mission - 34.99 €(248 pièces - Iron Man MK43, Hulk, Scarlet Witch, Ultron Prime) 76032 Avengers Quinjet Chase - 79.99 €(722 pièces - Captain America, Vision, Black Widow, Ultimate Ultron, Iron Man MK43) 76038 Attack on Avengers Tower - 69.99 €(511 pièces - Iron Man MK45, Thor, Ultron, Iron Legion Drone x 2) 76041 Attack on Hydra Fortress - 59.99 €(Quicksilver, Hydra Agent, Baron Von Strucker, Hulk, Captain America) Edited December 16, 2014 by Scarilian Quote

Just going by what the dude on the computer told me. I am hoping he is right personally, but could have been blowing me off :) Quote
Ashnflash Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 Ya I know thats the Mark 43 I'm wondering if the Hulkbuster armor is the Mark 44 Quote
Krikkit Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 Wait I though you couldn't see pictures? Thanks but you are wrong if you zoom in to the name of the figures it says Mark 43 Looks right, picture I saw was an XLIII not an IV. Quote
Quicksilver Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 HYPE! EXCITEMENT!LEGO! Why have the pictures come out so early! Oh yeah, must have been Hydra. Christmas has come nine days early! Ultron looks brilliant! And Lego gave us Strucker and three Hydra minifigures! Yes! I'm going to have way too many Iron Man figs if I get as many Ultron drones sets as I think I'm getting. They finally fixed Black Widow's hair! And they kept Thor's the same. Damn. I took one look at the Hulkbuster set and thought: not getting it. But then I saw Scarlet Witch and unique Ultron. Damn you Lego. Wow, they've completely changed Hawkeye. At first I thought he was another Hydra guy. Loving the sets! I'm starting to love Hydra! Quote
Krikkit Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 From what I can see, my main purchases will be the Quinjet, the Tower and the Hulk buster... I know they seem the unlikely but... quicksilver, witch and vision, that thor is not offering anything new, hulk is a dif shade, so that can go in my movie hulk and my green hulk can go with comic avenger set. hawk eye is just hawkeye... and captain america is not a new character, Then later on when funds are more spare, then I'll grab the others, Quote
Scarilian Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 Ya I know thats the Mark 43 I'm wondering if the Hulkbuster armor is the Mark 44 Most likely. We get Mk 43 and Mk 45 in set form so Mk 44 could be the Hulkbuster Just going by what the dude on the computer told me. I am hoping he is right personally, but could have been blowing me off :) Its alright, i trust you. I just dont trust the guy at the computer :P Seems like a very odd date to release them if the catalogue says April (Though granted the catalogue is foreign so may represent their release date) Quote

Boxing Day!!!!??? AS IN DECEMBER 26th? As in 10 Days from now? There are Trans-light blue cheese slopes on the wall, so that does give some credibility to your theory. Ultron could potentially be using Loki's Staff to control Hulk and Scarlet Witch could be attempting to trap him to minimize destruction. But, of course, LEGO would probably include the staff in the set is that was true. And that would kind of be recycling a plot point from the Avengers so, on second thought, probably not. But I still think that Scarlet Witch is trying to approach the situation in a more humane way in trapping Hulk instead of pummeling him into submission with the Hulkbuster. It definitely looks as if Scarlet Witch is controlling the Hulk somehow so The Hulkbuster can beat the heck out of Ultron. However, is the title of the set implying that the Hulkbuster is rescuing the Hulk from SW and Ultron? Quote

I believe there was a mention of the Hulk being given a vision by Scarlet Witch of the Leviathan (From the first Avengers) which causes him to rampage Quote
jtslimshady Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 I love that we are getting the film versions of Hydra, and does anyone else notice that the hawkeye here doesn't have the long jacket on? That means he must have like three costumes for the film. Quote

I think they confused the AoU sets and the rest of the new Lego sets. AoU will be released around April. Quote
Super Goblin Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 It looks like Hawkeye in the truck has the hood piece around his neck that Wildstyle and Green Arrow use. I could be wrong because it's hard to make out in the picture. Quote

On the DC section in the catalogue, it says April too but those sets are coming out in January. So maybe its April for Germany but January for us! Quote

HawkLord Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 Black widow's hair piece looks new. Maybe I'm just not seeing it from the right angle. It kinda looks curled at the ends. Quote
