But there are still rumors of Sony and Marvel discussing Spidey. If Marvel does get the rights somehow, odds are they'll cast a new actor, but even if they keep Garfield I doubt they'd be too strict about keeping to ASM.

We really don't know enough for sure about Civil War to say, plus that's not 'til 2016 anyways.

Theres no rumors. they discussed, they ended it and decided to discuss again soemtime in the future(dont recall when). Those are the fackts from the sony leak.

A member on the Brickset forum says we will be getting a Winter Soldier polybag. I hope this is true because I, like many others, would love to have him as a minifigure. If this is true, I assume he would be the spring exclusive? Makes sense since Marvel hasn't had one since 2012.

If we get winter soldier, then it has to be based on the movie look. It would be great to get him and he would probably come out with helicarrier just in time.

I just called up my local Lego store, and they said that they will be getting the avengers sets in on the 30th of December!!!!

That does not make a lot of sense. Since Avengers are tied to the next movie the set release will have a firm hard date. Typically not more than 45 or 60 days prior than the movies opening. So probably March. As someone said, they probably mean the new DC Comic sets, which have started to hit reviewers. That's typically a sign that they are less than 30 days from release and closer to 2 weeks.

Well it seems like a year to make half waves for both civil war and doctor strange, doctor strange does not sound like it can hold a full wave of it's own. And we got full avengers in 2015 so cap and ironman isn't as sought after maybe.

They "need" to have 1 movie wave each year right?

That would be awesome! Although I would rather have him as a polybag that way we have room for other characters like Fury, Coulson, Hill, or the Avengers in regular clothes and not suited up.

What i was saying is that the winter soldier polybag would come out with the helicarrier on the same month. Then you could add the winter soldier to the helicarrier set.

If the Hellicarrier is The Winter Soldier version it will have Bucky in it. And the glimpse of the tip of it from that design video showed guns from Cap 2, no?

I doubt Bucky would be a poly bag if that's the case.

I think the reason a lot of people want an Agent Carter mini figure is that she plays a vital role in Captain America: The First Avenger and she has her own show airing in 2015

If I recall correctly all the previous Super Heroes promo figures have been free with any purchase above a certain amount, regardless of theme. And for what it's worth, I can confirm the Winter Soldier polybag is indeed coming.

No idea, but I'd say it's a safe bet it's the MCU version.

Given that the look of the Winter Soldier in the movie is nearly identical to the image of the character in the 2009 Marvel Encyclopedia, there shouldn't be any comics vs. movie issue with respect to the fig.
