LIKE TODAY I WANNA SEE SO BAD!

He was saying he would rather see more pictures of the AoU wave than the Helicarrier reveal. And not to be rude, but you don't need to reiterate your excitement like that. Most of us here are just as anxious.

On a totally unrelated note, an official Ant Man teaser came out.

Feels like a mix between Captain America; The First Avengers, Captain America; The Winter Soldier and Iron Man.

It definitely looks like a good Movie. Still waiting to see Ant Man in action and the Lego Minifig.

Also that lab that Hank Pym walks into in the trailer looks like potential for a set.

I have another explanation as to why the Helicarrier might have an interior. Since we know Marcos Bessa is the designer, and all of the D2C sets that he has built on (Arkham Asylum, Ewok Village, Simpsons House, and Santa's Workshop) have all had nice interiors or play features Lego probably would not have asked him to design it. Don't forget, the Tumbler was not designed by him, and although it's a great set and I really like it, it doesn't really have any play features or a very detailed interior. So if Lego was going to do that with the Helicarrier, then why bother have Marcos design it. Then again I am most likely thinking to deeply into it and just finding ways to justify an nice interior and possibly some play features.

About the Sinister Six, there have been a couple of variations. IIRC they have included Electro, Scorpion, Shocker, Mysterio, Doctor Octopus, Vulture, Green Goblin, Hobgoblin, Rhino, and Spider-man. Doc Ock started the original group, correct? I believe this was after Adrian Tombs (the original Vulture) lost his fortune and company. For a while a variation of the group worked for the Kingpin. The Green Goblin started his version. I don't recall Sandman ever being part of the large group, though he did team up with Rhino, which is the set we are getting.

In Spectacular Spider-Man, the Six were composed of Doc Ock, Electro, Shocker, Vulture, Rhino, and Sandman, and later Rhino and Shocker were replaced with Kraven and Mysterio. The Sinister Six is basically made up of any major Spidey rogues.

I dont expect a large interior, but having a specific room from The Avengers seems likely. Probably Bruce's lab, which may be an excuse for a Bruce Banner figure...

Either way... should hopefully see it soon... Ant-Man trailer on the 6th, AoU trailer on the 12th so maybe the Helicarrier reveal on the 18th? :P

I dont know, but either way, we'll see the set this month somehow... i hope...

No, that's actually really good logic. Wish I'd thought to check what he'd designed in the past.

Gaaah now I really really really wanna see iiiiiiit.

And all of those sets have a good amount of figs. I expect 7-10 for Helicarrier. That might be wishful thinking but all well.

Oh, by the way, for those getting the AoU sets, do not use the Super Jumpers! They damage a minifigure's legs when they are attached to it or removed. Until LEGO addresses the issue, this little PSA still stands. Unlike the minifigs who have been used on the Jumpers. :classic:

Thanks for letting us know.

Personally, I wouldn't dare risk damage to my minifigs even if the jumpers were working properly (unless they were duplicates or knock-offs)...

Well I thought we would get an interior anyway but now you have said this it has increased my hopes of getting one.

He's not designed anything this big though. Plus a full size Helicarrier with an interior would either be horribly out of scale, or much more expensive than what we're getting.

Define full-size, though? There's obviously no way it's to scale in the first place. Plus any playsets don't have to be all that detailed to be awesome.

I feel Scarlet Witch and or Quicksilver will be in the highest pricing set similar to what they did with Black Widow in the Avengers wave.

In the pictures we have now seen, sadly thor's hair is the same and he has no leg printing but oh well, Scarlet witch is in the hulk-buster, quicksilver is in the hydra fortress heist. Thats a £29.99 set and a £39.99 set. So not too bad, the hydra fortress one may end up as an exclusive to a retailer though by the look of it. The largest set is the quinjet and that includes three exclusive figures and 2 ones that are in another set each. Not too bad.

The original sinister six comprised of Sandman, Electro, Vulture, Doctor Octopus, Mysterio and Kraven the hunter.

Kraven is the rumoured villain for the now confirmed Amazing Spiderman 3, so it's likely he'll appear in a set sometime soon. Also the teaser from the credits of ASM2 showed he was part of the ASM Universe Sinister six, along with Doctor Octopus, Green Goblin, Rhino, Vulture and Mysterio.

Ahah I would love 7-10 but I rather doubt it! Has anyone gone onto the pricevortex and seen just the clip art of the box. It has a section for characters but I don't know how many could fit there depending on how big the box is.
