Well Anakin CW or Mutt's in white would be perfect, or the Doc Brown one if they want to depict his a hair flying back.

I am kinda hopeful that we see a GOTG Comic Set which integrates a Movie-Styled Minifig Groot. A weird mix-up, but something which I feel is essential. We need a minifig Groot to truly complete the lineup of heroes.

Minifig Groot along with green comic Drax and dark blue Rocket? That would be awesome. Since we got sets for USM and AA, I'm guessing we'll get at least one set. The cartoon uses movie based designs excepting Rocket who is in his more comic dark blue and red suit and Drax who is green. Plus Movie style Groot. Honestly the more I think the more I want these sets. The cartoon also uses Gamora's black movie suit. So we could get that too! Really unlikely but I kinda wish we get a USM amount of sets for this show.

Oh please don't ruin the one character in Avengers 2 that really matters to me.

I think it is highly unlikely that they will change the Groot design. They went the brick-buill-route and I doubt they will change their minds on that.

That's MichealMGF's Groot! He's a pretty good customizer that hand-paints all of his figures, some with excruciating detail.

The hype for receiving a Thanos figure is real when he was shown at the end of the Avengers and still now, I guess we will have to wait until all the infinity gems are shown.

Thanos won't be in Avengers Age of Ultron I don't think. This has more to do with Hydra and well just Ultron

@modoctordoom it's unlikely to not show Thanos in AoU.

He'll be after credits probably... A cameo at the most in the main film

But Ultron will be the focus for sure
