I'm still not entirely sure why the ASM Electro is necessary. He's close enough to the other electro we got.

Also, 200 pages! Woo! :excited:

You probably could just stick Electro's head on a black Stormtrooper torso or something and get the look, but I won't complain about this. It looks pretty neat, and it seems to open the door for more Amazing Spider-Man stuff from Lego. Maybe we could see Green Goblin or Gwen Stacy next?

Ehh we're getting classic Green Goblin, do we really need the ASM one? I will take a Gwen though!

Amazing Spider-Man are awful movies, I hope they don't do anything more regarding them. Same with Ultimate Spider-Man, I just want classic villains!

I'm in the same boat. I don't mind movie versions as long as they look good, but I don't want the crappy designs from USM. Good thing that show is being cancelled.

He's got a really interesting look, especially compared to the other villains in these movies (i.e, Lizard, Osbourne's lacky, sickly Osbourne, and Sony Pictures).

I think the Amazing Spider-Man movies are nearly perfect interpretations of the character and world. Obviously they have their week spots *cough*50% of the sequel being poorly written sequel bait*coughcough* but Spidey is spot-on despite being more hipster and nerd and all of the villains stemming from Oscorp is really clever and great.

I agree, the movie itself may have had problems but the characters and specifically their designs were really pretty good. And honestly I'll take as many Green Goblins as I can get.

I'm hoping we might get an ASM2 Gwen Stacy over the comic version. I realize the two are very similar but I like the differences in her movie costume better than the comic version (The lighter green color is preferable over the almost lime colored coat in the comics). Plus movie versions for minifigures always seem to get a little more detail and texture than the comic ones.

Interesting little bot, but do we really need another spiderman? They could've made him at least a little more desirable

Not a bad polybag, reminds me of the Kraang target practise polybag from the TMNT line.

I'm really irratated by how Lego thinks the Super Jumper is the answer to everything, now they're even including them in Polys, they're even worse than flick-fires on sets, having used one, I can say its rubbish, it feels like a cheep toy you get in a Kinder-Joy.

Not a bad little build, pretty nice actually. Too bad the minifigure is pretty bland. Could have been a nice chance to give us a new variation or maybe a character that wouldn't make it into an actual set. At the very least they could have thrown in a new Peter Parker head.

Oh well, just another polybag I won't be getting.

New polybag

Well that was unnecessary. I'd rather see a polybag with a comic hydra agent, but i get why they went for spiderman....again.

Anyone else getting an Octobot vibe from that poly? I know it has six legs but this is probably the closest we'll come to getting one

I'd take the super jumpers over the flick fires any day. At least the jumpers don't compromise the design of sets. Yet.

Might be wrong but didn't the Bat-mech from this year's DC wave accommodate the super jumper somehow?

Waste. What is this, like the tenth set with that old pajama Spider-Man? I think the spider-slayer styled robot is nice--but it's nothing short of a travesty that we are still getting that three year old figure; who was bad to begin with.

It doesn't matter, where there be Super Jumpers there be flick fires.. And atleast flick fires doesn't destroy the minifigures.

And I agree, this polybag is a disgrace, I hate the bland pajama Spider-Man.

I like the little robot dude, but Spidey isn't needed and I don't know what I'm gonna do with all of those disastrous super jumpers. Would it have been too hard to make it 2099 Spidey, or Symbiote Spidey, or Scarlet Spider, or Future Foundation Spidey, or Superior Spidey, or even Spider-Gwen? I can get not using Miles Morales or Iron Spider, since they're going to be selling points of larger sets, but if they can afford to include a Rocket Racoon with bicolor leg molding and arm printing, could they have not made a new Spider-Man, even one without much detail?

Maybe a few years ago they had a big misunderstanding about how many Spider-Man minifigs to make and are now just trying to get rid of as many as they possibly can?
