I don't have the Quinjet so i don't really know, But if you don't use the play feature maybe just some technic pins to put it shut

The main issue I've encountered with the Quinjet bay doors is the button on top that opens them - you have to make sure that's up and out of the way when you reseal them or they won't quite lock into place.

I think you can mod that a bit by extending or shortening the pole that attaches to the button. Just a matter of experimenting. With me it didnt have much of an issue holding, just that when opening the hatch to put the bike in, it would occasionally trigger the button, so i ended up lowering it.

Okay. Rookie875. Here is a warning to stay on topic and keep to the topic. That topic being the discussion of 2015 Marvel LEGO sets. Custom figures go in the Minifig Customisation Workshop forum, Marvel MOCs you create can have their own brand new thread here in Licensed Themes. There is a whole area for New Members (accessible before you reach 10 posts) that help you use the forum correctly. Okay. So which Marvel figure is the absolute best or must have this year? I'm leaning towards Carnage and or Ant Man.

Ant man is an absolute must have. Carnage has amazing detail. And quicksilver in my opinion

Ant-man, Vision, Quicksilver, and Ultron. Any of those.

I don't know, but I love Ultron Prime and he comes in a great set.

And although I don't have her, Black Widow looks great.

Quicksilver's torso is awesome, Agent Hill's SHIELD patch is awesome, Vision is very well done, and Iron Man Mark 43, although just another Iron Man suit, is also very, very, very nice looking.

Carnage I don't have yet but he looks awesome, and I'm probably the only one who believes this, but Sandman is great looking too. :classic::thumbup:

Final Answer: Ultron Prime… I think

I kinda feel like it was overly detailed, both the figure and in the movie.

I think it might be the red.

Well i liked that, he looked so smooth in the movie and in Lego

Overly detailed shouldn't be a complaint. Compared to the first Iron Man figures it makes them look cartoonish.

Honestly, when paired with another figure it doesn't look good. I know it can be said that Ultron and his drones may also be overly detailed, but it is something about the Iron Man that just doesn't look good to me. Just expressing my thoughts.

The Ultron fig in the Quijet set is really awesome, I think. But I do surely like the new Iron Men variants, too. It is really a hard decision! But in the end the sheere existence of Iron Man LEGO minifigures brought me back from my dark ages...so. Maybe Iron Man is the way to go for me

I personally love Ultron Prime, though my only mod would be adding the headpiece from the Ultron Sentry to give him a similar look to Ultimate Ultron and he feels a little more complete IMO.

That being said, Ant Man is great too, and Carnage is a must have. His set I actually plan to get some multiples of. The new Spider Men are great too and Sandman kind of grew on me, though his head doesn't work for me (I'll use Han Solo as a replacement head)

To sum it up, Ultron Prime, Ant Man, and Carnage are my top picks.

I love the look of miles and carnage but am also loving the MK 45 armour and the MK I Ultron. his head isnt the greatest due to lack of mask piece but he still looks awesome and very close to the movie. But i think my top fig would be miles morales. he doesnt need a lot of print to look amazing, plus the shading in the eyes is fantastic

Got the Ant-Man and Carnage set yesterday, too. did not build anything so far...but I am really happy that they come in cheaper sets, as I spent a lot on Avengers sets (too much  ). Got to lay a little low now  . But there are so many new and great figures in store now!! (DC ones, too, of course  )

I actually want Sandman to look more menacing and more so as a villain as he is in the comics, so I may change his head too, maybe I'll give him Loki's head.

Thanks for the change of head idea. :classic::thumbup:

I kind of want him to have a mischievous look, kind of like the Sandman in the Lego Marvel game, and the elf head doesn't cut it for me. Aside from that, he's a great figure, but Ultron, Carnage, and Ant Man are my picks.

My favorites this far would have to be the two Iron Man armors, Ultron Mark 1, Cap and The Vision. All have fantastic, detailed printing to them (in Cap's case, his head and torso make up for not having leg printing). Ant Man is the last set I am planning on picking up, but it isn't out in my area yet.
