Nah i much more prefer Aaron for Quicksilver... Robert is Tony, Hugh is Logan and so Aaron is Quicksilver. that's just how it is.

As a Quicksilver fan i dont even see DOFP's Quiksilver as the Quicksilver, he just looks like a kid who can run fast!

Yes, they're separate. I didn't really like DOFP's rendition of quicksilver that much. He looked dumb and there really shouldn't be quicksilver without scarlet witch. And while I also enjoyed his one scene, I think he was just a little too fast.

You what? He looked kinda douchey, but he was a blast. The kitchen scene was by far the best part out of the entire movie. Also Scarlet Witch (or a mention) was in the movie, but cut. And Aron-Talor whatever that portrays him in Age of Ultron has the same charisma as a wooden board. Have you seen Godzilla? He's horrible.

Not to further linger on this topic or anything, but Johnson has shown his charisma in both of the Kickass films. I think his stale performance in Godzilla mainly has to do with the script... He didn't have much to work with. That being said, I also love the Quicksilver in DOFP.

Now that I've seen the AOU trailer, I'm almost positive that we will see several different phases of Ultron figures.

Now we kinda now where the fortress is from

It's Bard Fortress in the trailer, probably something to do with Hydra

Also Andy Serkis as minifig?

I don't think we'll get him. Like Legofreak said, it's thought that he'll be playing Ulysses Klaw. But I don't think he'll be a big character so we likely won't get him in a set. But if we ever get sets for a Black Panther movie, maybe then if he's in it. There's so much potential for these sets!! But at least it's looking like the bike will come with the new quinjet. Hopefully the function where it pops out is awesome!

Even though he does appear to be Klaw, I doubt we'll him in the sets... If they go to Wakanda, it probably won't be for all that much of the film.

On another note, apparently those in Canada can get the new Rocket Raccoon polybag with a purchase of $30 or more at Toys R Us right now; at least that's what one of my Flickr contacts said after posting a picture with two of them (Granted he was lucky the employee gave him two after asking politely). I don't know how long this promotion lasts, but apparently the stores only got 50 Raccoons each, so you better act fast to get one.

The same promotion will be going on in the US during November.

I think that we will get these minifigures:

-Cap with Flash helmet

-Cap without his helmet

-Thor

Thor sleeveless and cape less

-Iron Man Mark XLIII

-Tony Stark

-Hawkeye

-Hawkeye new suit

-Black Widow

-Hulk

-Bruce Banner

-Quicksilver

-Scarlet Witch

-Vision

-Ultron Drones (6-11)

-Ultron Mark II

-Ultron Mark III

-Ultron Mark IV

-Baron von Strucker

-Ulysses Klaw

(We may also get a Mark XLIV Iron Man piloting the Hulkbuster suit. From what I could tell from the trailer, the armor looked different piloting the Hulkbuster suit than the XLIII. Maybe there is a suit only for piloting the Hulkbuster? Correct me if I'm wrong, though.)

Best news I've heard in a while

It's cool, we already saw that like two weeks ago. That helicarrier's pretty sweet, right?

Sorry for the old news. I've been out of the loop on the licensed stuff, and apparently I didn't go back through enough pages. Thanks!

Hmm just a thought thinking about the advancements in minfigures made between now and 2012. I really think the figures may be far more advanced printing and design wise than the first wave. Firstly judging by recent examples: i reckon Thor's arms could be metallic silver like nebula in guardians and his hammer could be that color like the orb in guardians. Cap could well have a helmet and i would imagine all the figures like with guardians will get leg printing. There's bound to be a couple of new molds this time round like obviously maybe a new cap helmet but i could imagine that ultron will probably have a molded head as will the drones and they might even mold a Loki staff for Baron Strucker.

Design and hairpiece wise i imagine this time they will be far more accurate as the character's looks for AOU like guardians have been known for ages. I could certainly see Widow getting a shorter hairpiece and the starlet one would work well for her. Hawkeye will hopefully finally get the tousled mutt Williams hairpiece in light brown or maybe star lord Colour and perhaps he will get a face sans goggles. That is another thing when it comes to Thor. Lego's beard look worked well in 2012 as their accuracy wasn't what it is now. However their StarLord figure captures Chris Pratt almost uncannily so i would hope that Chris Hemsworth would be given the same treatment and they'd make his beard more accurate as with his face. Hair wise the Qui Gon Jinn hair in blonde would work perfectly, plus they could finally give him leg printing same with Cap. I would imagine that scarlet witch would get the POTC dark brown mermaid hair which would work well for her. One that would work best for quicksilver is the current Luke Skywalker hair in white.

I also Hope as they have six sets they give us a range of characters INCLUDING Fury and Hill. Its long past the time those two should've been in mini-figure form based on the M.C.U. Plus Steve rogers and Bruce banner are desperate additions. Plus ultron, drones and Strucker

Personally i think they can pull all that off with ease with SIX sets to spread figures out across. Plus a considerable number of them are in the higher price bracket.

For the people hoping for 'civvies,' just remember that this is a Superhero toy and it's Disney merchandising. The purpose of these sets isn't exactly to recreate all movie scenes; it's to play out the Superhero scenes and Superhero adventures. The most we can realistically hope for is a Steve Rogers fig in his outfit but without a helmet, which will allow us to make a civilian Cap anyway. He spent plenty of time in the first Avengers film without the helmet too, but of course we only got the full Cap look.

I sincerely hope for a Banner fig as well. He has the highest chance of being in civilian garb IMO, since the bigfig Hulk can't be used to play out scenarios with regular Banner (unlike almost any other character who you can turn into their non-superhero form). We don't really need anybody else in civilian clothes anyway, since you can just pop their head and hair on whatever civilian body you like (as long as they have good head and hair - here's looking at you terrible Avengers 1 Hawkeye).

Still psyched to see these sets. They are sure to have tons of great minifigs, hopefully better than the last Avengers figs.

Personally I'd love it if they did a set that had a Banner minifigure and a Hulk Bigfig with a turntable piece of wall for Banner to 'transform' into the Hulk.

Do remember how many repeats we saw for the first Avengers film, hope this time its better, GOTG makes me more hopeful but this is the most sets we have seen for a SH film and I hope we don't get sets like the first hulk set which was £50 for the hulk and triple repeated figs.
