Man, that looks great. If it ends up being the Goblin from the CMF line, I don't see why they wouldn't reuse that mould for The Green Goblin (Hopefully in purple then). Great way to use the Indiana Jones pouch again too.

Hey guys, I don't know if this the right place to ask. The Malibu Mansion Attack is on sale, almost 50% off, and I do not know if I should get it because I have already MOCed one. So should I buy this or should I save my money for some Middle Earth Sets and the Age of Ultron sets next year?

So we got a piece that looks exactly like Gwen Stacy's hair in the CMF and now we have a perfect Green Goblin hat (widows peak and all) in the CMF as well. I'd say this points to a Spider-man set next year. If not then Lego is playing a very mean joke.

It could be coincidence I suppose, but this hat is just too spot on. And it seems odd that Lego would put out another Goblin hat/head piece with the wide range they already had with the LOTR/Hobbit sets they made. This feels too specific to be for a one off CMF minifigure. And since the forest maidens hair ended up being used for princess Leia there is a precedent for using CMF pieces in licensed sets. So it certainly is a possibility.

I would save, the AoU sets are gonna be awesome and the new Middle Earth sets are amazing!

I have the malibu mansion but i only did it for the Tony Stark fig, if i where you i would just stay with the MOCed one

I would definitely save. AoU sets are sure to blow IM3 and the LotR sets out of the water.

As I said in that thread, the black hair looks exactly like the sleepy head hair to me. Not sure how you're seeing it differently.

Spider man sold 1.2 billion usd worth of merchandise this year so far. Avengers sold less than 300 million. and Batman sold less than 500 million.

I think it's a safe bet that we're getting more spidey sets
