there is probably a FAQ or so around this forum somewhere.

Anyway: The key idea is to upload the fotos in another place (like brickshelf or flickr) and to link to those pictures (using the "image" icon on the toolbar).

as CB stated the idea is to use a picture hosting site, such as flickr or brickshelf.

Here's a recent flickr tutorial, this is a how-to regarding brickshelf.
