Finally! Thanks, man! DB 2.0 is mine!! The only thing about the DB 2.0, is that the sides are a bit too skinny, I know it's more slender towards the middle in the show, but still.

EDIT: Wait, what store was it?

I'm usually on mobile, so I don't see those, but thank you for the info.

Hey everyone! My review of the DBII is up and full of pictures. I figured out how to embed pics and know you can look at the whole review without having to click on those stupid links!!!

Check it out and leave some feedback on what I can do better with the Ronin Rex, which I should have done this weekend!!!!

I'm also curious as to how you think it is trying to combine the NRG look with the Titanium.

I didn't see this! Sorry!

I think it's a combination because it uses the silver face plate of the Titanium version, but it has the ice details like the NRG version.

Ah I see what you are talking about now. Personally I like what they did incorporating the faceplate but I do see how it looks a little weird.

$100 for City of Stix is an amazing deal, might end up picking it up.

I'll buy it straight from Lego in that Case. Otherwise it'll be 110 or 120 at TRU

How did you get those pictures? I've never seen those on LDD.

I believe he got them from bricks and pieces

Correct. I just took them off the Brickset inventories. I don't like using LDD that often.

Finally, much later than promised, and no doubt I'm late to the table here, but I've got up a comparison picture of the two Destiny's Bounty sets. I was surprised at how similar the size was despite twice the piece count and £40 higher price point of the new version (though we all know that's because there is also a dragon and more minifigs in the new verision!). In other news, a cam job of episode 48 was released today entitled "Temple on the Haunted Hill" that, while I won't go into too much detail to avoid spoilers, featured heavily a temple belonging to the ghost of Sensei Yang. Here's a shot of it during daylight:

And a shot of it while Sensei Yang prevents the ninja from exiting by opening a ghost void underneath it (Or something...). There isn't a color scheme change, just lighting change:

I think that we can safely say that this temple is most likely the temple D2C set coming out later this year, and it will most likely include Sensei Yang, his students, and

Cole as a ghost, which he is transformed into at the end of the episode

Good things I put money away for this bad boy! if that's the D2C that'll be amazing!

There's a level in the Ninjago online game that is also called "Temple on the Haunted Hill". The game uses more brick-built enviroments, so I think it's safe to say that the D2C will be closer to the game version, which is in ghost colors. It'd look better than the weird combination of olive green and red that the show version uses (at least for the daylight look), at any rate.

I doubt it will be ghost colors, though, since we have the City of Stiix. I'd expect the Airjitzu temple to be "good" colors.

I guess nobody was interested in seeing the two Destiny's Bounty sets side by side then given the topic immediately changed afterwards  (for what it's worth, the temple might or might not be from the show, might or might not be ghost themed, all I know is that if it has a dragon, I will have to buy it  )

But anyway: I have another question, which has really been driving me nuts while building these sets (no doubt it'll probably be explained in the TV show though, then again I don't watch it so I wouldn't know anyway): why on earth are some of the Skreemers seemingly armed with ordinary food items? It's kind of funny looking at them on the box art going into battle armed with sausages, ice creams, turkey drumsticks and bananas, it's really quite hard for me to take them seriously

They're probably not weapons. The Skreemers are implied to be big eaters, like Slimer. Their favorite snack seems to be souls, though!

So souls taste like bacon? At any rate, I think it's just that they're somewhat poltergeist-like and are just trying to make a mess.

If you flip several pages into the Ameet book, you'll notice a new figure named "Droid samurai". It looks vaguely like a red version of the "Jole" droid.

And the next activity book with minifigure have techno kai.... :hmpf_bad:

I mean seriously, no ghost ?
