LegendsOfNinjago Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 wow! Let me know! THE HUNT BEGINS!!!! (againnnn...) Quote
8BrickMario Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 Have to tell you later. I'll go back to Target after I visit the LEGO store. I would prefer to have Kai, Morro, or Wrayth, but Cole is good, too. Quote
Agent Fusion Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 Got my first Airjitzu flyer, Morro, as well as the Blaster Bike. I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality of the Airjitzu flyers, and I'm pleased to see that it is indeed still possible to use them like the original spinners. The Blaster Bike is nothing special, but the Ghost Dragon it comes with is amazing, and is far more fun to pose and swoosh around than I would have thought, the set photos really don't do it justice. LegendsOfNinjago Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 Guess I'll have to check all 3 targets in town... Quote
DuckBricks Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 I am happily returning home with two Mixels and Airjitzu Cole! Can you give the DCPI number (on the receipt) please? That way we can check our local Target store inventories w/o actually having to go via http://brickseek.com/target-inventory-checker Quote
8BrickMario Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 I'm not entirely sure which of the numbers is the DCPI, as none of them are labeled as such. I rather enjoy the flyer. It works very well, and I like that the ripcord allows you to adjust the intended height. It works well as a spinner, too. Cole's legs are a bit loose, but I didn't really get the set for him, so it doesn't bother me much. Quote
Phoenix_Flare Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 (edited) While we're talking Airjitzu sets at Tar-jay, I found Cole, Zane, and Morro at the Target in Gilbert, Az. So I bought Zane and Morro and I gotta say: THESE ARE FUNMAZING! I even came up with some clever tricks like making them bounce. You got to descend the handle base while launching the flyer to do this trick an it works best on carpet. Edited June 21, 2015 by Phoenix_Flare Quote

8BrickMario Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 The only nine-number codes I have are 204001492 and 752-288-241. I think the DCPI is the second one. Quote
Ninja of Fire Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 New Lego catalogue, just go to page 66. http://catalogs.lego.com/brandcatalog/brandcatalogue2hy2015/aus_2hy2015/ Quote
CM4Sci Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 Just got back from Target - they weren't out, so I checked using that inventory checker thing they have in the aisles using the DCPI posted above. Nothing was in the stockroom Quote
8BrickMario Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 (edited) Airjitzu is one of the most fun toys I've ever tried. I've tried out most of my favorite minifigs in the flyer, just for fun (although Medusa required a pair of legs to fit in it), and I've experimented with aiming it. The flyer is quite capable of going to the top of my stairs, and if it is launched parallel to the ground, it flies quite quickly to the opposite walls.. I would be trying out some tricks outside but it is very dark and gloomy as well as extremely humid. My Clockwork Robot minifigure was quite warm after taking him out of the flyer yesterday when I came back inside. For now, I'll just be launching the flyer in the larger rooms of my house. I know I'm enjoying the thing way too much, so I can only imagine how long a child could be occupied by it... Edited June 22, 2015 by 8BrickMario Quote

DuckBricks Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 (edited) How accurate is the invintory site? In December, it worked every single time I tried with the winter 2015 range. It basically checks the actual inventory of the stockrooms... Note that if they are on the shelves, it will NOT appear in the checker as they are no longer in the stockroom. If it says your Target has it, just screenshot the website (I made printouts) and give it to a Target employee. They'll know what to do if you tell them authoritatively that you know for sure that it's in their stockroom. Every time I went and did that it worked... Anyway, found some more numbers... Morro is 204-00-1490 Wrayth is 204-00-1493 Edited June 22, 2015 by legozebra Quote
